Great Playset!

Our kids love this playset. It's just the right size for little kids. Now if Spring would just cooperate so they could play on it this year!

Orientation not the same as manual

We haven't even put this together yet and are already concerned. Why is the picture ok the advertisement a different orientation than the manual? Is it even possible to assemble it this way???

Complete update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Parts under warranty received and with a paint job the playground looks great…have to replace the 4 poles and the floor metal structure ..plus paint rusted parts.

No instruction manual and missing washers

I read a couple of other peoples reviews saying the instruction manual was missing. Happened to me as well. Called Lifetimes Customer Support and they are going to mail me one.
