[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3-yr-old LOVES this thing! He has no trouble with the ladder, which was my main concern. I researched playsets for months before deciding on this one. Wooden playsets are either way too expensive or made from cheap foreign materials. Playsets made with Pacific hardwood start at $2k and will still decay. This Lifetime playset is very well-made and the instructions were nice and detailed. It helped to read them completely before starting, just to see how and when each piece fit together. Be sure to use only one blister pack of parts at a time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for earlier this year and the kids love it. We have a 7 year old girl and a 3 year old boy. Even the neighbor kids come play on it. I love that it matches the rest of my durable lifetime products. Like all the lifetime products we own- this too is a hit when it comes to value and quality. My in-laws purchased another brand swing-set from a big box store and it barely lasted them 6 months before it started swaying and getting loose;and it was in dumpster within 2 years. We had an installation party and we had about 4-6 guys on and off for about 8 hours to get it up, definitely not a one man set up, but it gave us a reason to have a cookout so it was all good in the end.

We saved 3 months and bought this over black Friday. My husband spent 3 Saturdays putting it together, mostly by himself. We are very happy with the structure, the material it's not our of, and the features. We had an incredible windstorm roll through. We woke the next morning to find it on the ground and about 20ft from it's original location. While we live on a windy hill, losing patio cushions on the reg., we were shocked it pushed this beast over. While it was too cold to put it up in it's original place, we waited a few days and sat it back up. Another windy night came through and, sure enough, it feel over again. When we were finally about to assess the damage we were pleasantly surprised to find it in not worse condition. It ripped the slide off and holes in the platform where the slides were and it bent the legs of the swing and the top support bar. We had literally played on the swing less than 5 times, but was happy to hear customer service allowing replacement parts. We love the features: swings, fast slide, the track on the platform, and the play area underneath, although I wish there was a different ladder. My 2.5 year old cannot climb it for the life of me, so each time he wants to slide I have to pick him up. What a workout for me!

My wife and I spent this past weekend putting this playset together. I'm 64 and have never before worked on a project that was put together in such an organized manor. The instructions were spot on, and everything was packaged perfectly. My only suggestion would be to put the instructions in box # 1 instead of #3.

We just put this playset together this past weekend. It took us about 10 hours total. My husband put it together mostly alone and I helped him for some of the more difficult things that he couldn't do alone. A lot of people said this would take a loooong time to put together but we had a power allen key that attached to our drill that we used instead of the manual allen key provided...do yourself a favor and buy one for this install. We saved a ton of time and actually had fun putting this together. If you accidentally put something on wrong it takes 3 seconds of unscrewing instead of 5 minutes doing it manually. Thank goodness my husband is handy. We had a yellow slide from a different playset that we attached onto the back of this set so now we have two slides! Beware-the green slide gets HOT in the sun! Place the set in a shady area if possible. Our son is 2 and he will enjoy this for years to come. It is build to last. We thought about getting a wood set but they rot and do not stand up to the elements as well. With this set being all plastic and metal, it should last a long time. It feels like a set that would be on a public playground and those are built to last.

We bought this playset in April. I think it has been played on every day since, and most days for many hours. There are a lot of kids in our neighborhood, and many have a playset, but ours is the most popular. We paid for Lifetime to deliver and install the playset and it was worth it because they had it done in only a couple of hours and it is assembled well.

Really 4.5 stars, a few suggestions before you tackle this. Pay extra close attention when installing the floor and triple check you have the right orientation. This will be evident by the divots on the floor to attach the slide and climbing rails being in the proper locations. The youtube video is a wonderful resource so be sure to utilize it. I put this set together by myself and it took about 20 hours, however there is a step or two where you absolutely need an extra hand. Also lifetime only provides two ground stakes which is not sufficient. Go ahead and get 6 extra to secure every pole to really make the set secure. These really should be included for the price of this set. Also, if you do not have a battery impact wrench go ahead and get one to build this set. The instructions list that a drill is sufficient but the impact wrench is much better for securing nuts and bolts. In the video they use an impact wrench also.

The kids love the set, but the ladder is dangerous. The arch is too high and it's hard for them to get their footing. I would never let a child climb up this ladder without adult supervision. We took it off and built our own that is Safe for children. Would not recommend buying this.

This is perfect for our 2 boys (3 and 6 yrs old) It's big. It's sturdy. It's fun. It took my husband and I the weekend to complete - definitely need two pairs of hands. It wasn't hard and the instructions were clear. Some bolts wouldn't fit right, but there's a package of spare parts that we were able to use. My husband and I have both been up in the clubhouse part and used the swings. It's a solid playset. LOVE, LOVE LOVE IT!

We purchased this almost 2 years ago and the grand kids absolutely love it. It took us most of the day to put it together, but the quality is great. It still looks great and is in good shape after 2 winters. The only complaint I have is in the design of the steps up to the slide. They were very difficult for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter, and we finally put plastic netting between the top two steps. The angle and spacing of the ladder is awful for small children. Other than that, we absolutely love this set.
