[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finished building this set this morning. Great quality, excellent packaging and instructions! Husband and I, both in our 70s, put it together. It took us quite some time, but between our ages and Texas summertime heat, we took it slowly. Very pleased with the quality from start to finish.

This is a strong, heavy playground, it's beneficial to separate all the pieces and place them together. Also have a least two people to help out with assembly. The only thing I found difficult was the screws were so short and tightening can be difficult in some places. However, overall I find this playground to be top quality and year round play is essential for cold weather. My children are enjoying it! We made the right decision buying this lifetime playground.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great experience thus far; very well made, came a little scratched up on some of the large plastic parts (shipping damage) but fully functional. Seems very solid, kids love it, and I'm hopeful it will last many years in the hot/humid NC climate! Few thoughts / recommendations: - Would be handy if the instructions included links or recommendations for installation on a non-level yard. Mine had about a 13" drop at an angle over the distance from tower to end of monkey bars. - please include measurements of actual structure in the instructions - it includes recommended boundary, but not the structure. Would be useful for folks like me who need to lay out the exact location of the tower & monkey bar poles in order to dig them in for a not-level surface. - Instructions were otherwise excellent with one exception: would be helpful to explicitly identify the swing bar attachment pole (the one with the warning label) on the instruction graphics. This gives a good visual anchor point when attaching the tower's cross-bracing and various rock wall/etc. panels. I found myself having to remove and re-install some components in other locations because it wasn't initially clear what side of the tower they went on. Other notes: - One reasonably fit/strong person can assemble 95% of this by their lonesome... I needed my wife's help getting the swing bar into place and holding components for the tower roof, but that's about it. - I put a ~8in deep sandpit in the middle of the tower, since I had to dig it in anyways. Seems to work great!

We just put this playset together this past weekend. It took us about 10 hours total. My husband put it together mostly alone and I helped him for some of the more difficult things that he couldn't do alone. A lot of people said this would take a loooong time to put together but we had a power allen key that attached to our drill that we used instead of the manual allen key provided...do yourself a favor and buy one for this install. We saved a ton of time and actually had fun putting this together. If you accidentally put something on wrong it takes 3 seconds of unscrewing instead of 5 minutes doing it manually. Thank goodness my husband is handy. We had a yellow slide from a different playset that we attached onto the back of this set so now we have two slides! Beware-the green slide gets HOT in the sun! Place the set in a shady area if possible. Our son is 2 and he will enjoy this for years to come. It is build to last. We thought about getting a wood set but they rot and do not stand up to the elements as well. With this set being all plastic and metal, it should last a long time. It feels like a set that would be on a public playground and those are built to last.

Instructions are self explanatory, however, ensure pay close attention to dimples facing down especially when putting the tower together. If I had to do it over again, I would have paid someone $$$ to put it together. Would have saved a weekend, time, health, lol. Appears to be made with quality and should last a very long time.

This is our second playset from lifetime. We moved from our previous home but wanted another for our new backyard. We got a great Black Friday price from Sams, shipping was fast and the playset came much earlier than expected. Delivery was great, the truck driver took the boxes off the shrink wrapped pallet and rolled them into our garage. The playset is packed in 4 boxes, the instruction manual is inside a box with a label so you can locate it easily. All of the hardware is labeled in individual packages for each step and there is even a package of extra hardware in the instance one piece breaks or gets lost. Our interactions with customer service with lifetime last time were great, they sent a replacement part we needed quickly without giving us any trouble. So, if you need any help contact lifetime they are great at helping. There are seven steps total in the 95 page manual. The instructions are clear as long as you take the time to read each page. It is a big playset so it takes a long time to assemble properly, you will definitely get a workout. It took my husband and I a day and a half with our oldest son, age 12, helping. Since we had already assembled one before we already prepared ourselves mentally for the work. Sometimes a hole might not line up perfectly but that's expected with the ground underneath not being perfectly level. With some patience and ingenuity each piece will fit, we just had to take our time and think it through. All the pieces we needed were there and the kids have played and played for hours since we finished!! It's a great playset and we will always recommend lifetime playgrounds. This is perfect for our 2 boys (3 and 6 yrs old) It's big. It's sturdy. It's fun. It took my husband and I the weekend to complete - definitely need two pairs of hands. It wasn't hard and the instructions were clear. Some bolts wouldn't fit right, but there's a package of spare parts that we were able to use. My husband and I have both been up in the clubhouse part and used the swings. It's a solid playset. LOVE, LOVE LOVE IT!

the swings are to close to the pole and the wall. The ladder steps are to far away to climb up safe for my 2 year old. Missing a lot of parts. Had to wait a week to get parts. Make sure you check everything before starting. I was missing part of the roof the slide was damaged and missing a lot of bolts. Instructions sucked videos helped. Don't over tighten bolts will strip head out. Kids love it glad to be done.

We had this playset for a little over 2 years. It took us 2 days to build it and we thought it was very high quality. Even after 2 years, it looked new. There was only some slight fading on the rock wall hand holds. My kids (2 and 3.5 years old) absolutely loved it and played with it nearly every day! It was big and sturdy enough to hold older kids and adults. But, sadly, the entire playset was lost in a tornado. We never found it. We had anchored it according to directions but the anchors could not withstand such high winds. We are devastated to have lost such a great set.

I want to emphasize that this is a spectacular swingset. It was complicated to assemble, but reasonable considering the size. Just make sure you plan a full day or two if you have consistent help. It was about what I expected. The only problem I had is the boxes were missing one of the hardware bags (some roof hardware). The missing bag is not listed on the packing list, but it is mentioned in the instructions. I suspect everybody who buys this set will be missing this bag because of it lacking on the packing list. Even with the missing bag, I would give this set 5 STARS except they said I would have it in 4 to 6 days and it has taken 10 days. Considering I am building this for my in-laws and I am from out of town, this is a big problem because it doesn't leave me with a lot of time to finish. SPECTACULAR SWINGSET though.
