We bought this for our children ages 2-12, and assembled it ourselves in about 10 hours over a weekend; we are generally not handy people. We had the instructions that came with the swingset, and a copy we downloaded from the Internet also. There were cases where the parts listed for the copies were different; sometimes one was correct, and sometimes the other one was. We had some difficulty with the barrel nut and bolts at first, but got much better at them with experience. All our children love the swingset, and it offers many features for the price, as well as looking great in our backyard without taking up much space. We definitely like the minimal maintenance feature, and our boys have played extensively with the car track on the deck. The worst feature so far is the slide getting very hot even in 75 degree weather, and we think we may not be able to use it much during the summer; thus, the 4 stars. Also, you can tell on the deck where the supports are underneath it and where they are not; we wish the deck was a little bit stronger. Otherwise, it's a fine product we look forward to using for years.

I erected this product and it was a great play structure for my kids and their friends. A few months later we had severe weather and extremely strong winds. The winds picked this up a carried it nearly 100 feet before placing it not so gently back on the ground on its side. (I did not have it anchored properly). I got online and found the parts list I needed and called customer service. I was connected to a very helpful lady that was very patient with me. She done a wonderful job putting together the order I need to replace the bent parts. I was extremely happy with this product and the customer service Lifetime provided me. I will purchase more products from Lifetime in the future not only because I think this product is quality but as important the lady in customer service was so pleasant to work with. 5 star product 5 star customer service. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for earlier this year and the kids love it. We have a 7 year old girl and a 3 year old boy. Even the neighbor kids come play on it. I love that it matches the rest of my durable lifetime products. Like all the lifetime products we own- this too is a hit when it comes to value and quality. My in-laws purchased another brand swing-set from a big box store and it barely lasted them 6 months before it started swaying and getting loose;and it was in dumpster within 2 years. We had an installation party and we had about 4-6 guys on and off for about 8 hours to get it up, definitely not a one man set up, but it gave us a reason to have a cookout so it was all good in the end.

Our kids have really enjoyed their playset! It is strong and sturdy and is the coolest one in the neighborhood! They play on it almost daily! I love that it still looks almost brand new and we have had it for almost 2 years now. Its worth every penny!

Seems well built, and kids love it! I wish the powered coat finish was a bit more consistent, as it was chipping already in some spots.

We bought this playset in store at Sam's Club (April 2017). We had read a lot of reviews and were debating between this and some of the similar cedar sets (at Sam's Club and other stores) which were similar size and similar priced or a little smaller/cheaper. We ended up going with this set because it looked well made, would be sturdier than the similar cedar sets, less maintenance with no staining, should hold up better in our winters than cedar, is large enough for our kids to enjoy it beyond just their toddler years, can handle two kids swinging at the same time without it the whole set shaking, and seemed like a good value for the money. We are so glad we made the right decision and got this one!! All of those things are true so far! Our kids and their friends love it! They love the rock walls, tower, area underneath, hanging bar, swings, and the long slide! It took my father-in-law and I 9 hours 45 minutes to put it all together (with some time in there to level it all out and remove some sod). Not bad. Based on other reviews I was hoping that we could do it in between 9-10 hours, but also read some where it took them much longer, so I was happy with our time. If you are at all handy and can follow directions, I'm sure you can put it all together in around the same time frame. I give Lifetime a whole lot of credit for making the assembly as easy as possible. The directions were easy to follow with step-by-step instructions, and the parts that were organized and easy to identify (and all there!). The extra bag of misc. hardware was also nice since I lost a bolt/nut or two in the grass. I included a picture of some of the hardware packages that were included. The instructions for each section told you which package to grab and the parts that you would need. It made it so easy to know you were using the right bolts/nuts/screws with the right parts for each section. That planning really impressed me. Also, it seems like good quality hardware that will keep hold up well and keep the playset together tightly for years to come. We are really happy with this set and so glad that we chose it! Our kids are even more happy! I'll admit it was a little more than I planned to spend when we decided we'd get a playset, but I'm confident for all the reasons above that it will be well worth it! Highly recommended!!

Purchased this awesome swing set for my grandsons in May from a MN location. The quality is great & they love it, but working with the contracted installer, GoConfigure, was a nightmare! It took 3 weeks before an install date was available, & they required payment in advance of the actual install. On the day of the install because rain was forecasted, they refused to begin the install. (Even refusing so much as to unbox it in the garage & haul the packaging away. I think being Memorial Day weekend may have played into the installer's refusal to work on the swing set.) Instead of coming back the next day, we were put back onto the wait list & had to wait another week to have the play equipment installed. GoConfigure's customer service department was rude & of no help. They refused to let me speak to any supervisors, & their district manager never called me as requested. After doing a little online investigating, I discovered GoConfigure received an F rating by the Illinois Better Business Bureau & had 37 complaints. Reviews on YELP were also horrendous, receiving a 1 1/2 stars out of 5. In the end they finally installed the set & it's great, but not without a lot of hassles! I also think $500 for pick up, delivery & install was high; averaging about $100 an hour for the privilege of poor & rude customer service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finished building this set this morning. Great quality, excellent packaging and instructions! Husband and I, both in our 70s, put it together. It took us quite some time, but between our ages and Texas summertime heat, we took it slowly. Very pleased with the quality from start to finish.

This is a strong, heavy playground, it's beneficial to separate all the pieces and place them together. Also have a least two people to help out with assembly. The only thing I found difficult was the screws were so short and tightening can be difficult in some places. However, overall I find this playground to be top quality and year round play is essential for cold weather. My children are enjoying it! We made the right decision buying this lifetime playground.
