We bought this for our children ages 2-12, and assembled it ourselves in about 10 hours over a weekend; we are generally not handy people. We had the instructions that came with the swingset, and a copy we downloaded from the Internet also. There were cases where the parts listed for the copies were different; sometimes one was correct, and sometimes the other one was. We had some difficulty with the barrel nut and bolts at first, but got much better at them with experience. All our children love the swingset, and it offers many features for the price, as well as looking great in our backyard without taking up much space. We definitely like the minimal maintenance feature, and our boys have played extensively with the car track on the deck. The worst feature so far is the slide getting very hot even in 75 degree weather, and we think we may not be able to use it much during the summer; thus, the 4 stars. Also, you can tell on the deck where the supports are underneath it and where they are not; we wish the deck was a little bit stronger. Otherwise, it's a fine product we look forward to using for years.

We bought this a few months ago and absolutely loved it. But with Covid19 it has been 10x more fun. I had Lifetime assemble it and was well worth the money. It is extremely sturdy and safe. My only complaint is that I wish the the slide had a bit more of a gentle ending. It tends to launch 2 year old off the bottom so we have to catch her everytime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this since last summer and it has been great. Assembly took several hours, but most of it could be done with one person. I took it an hour or two at a time at night over the space of about a week, and only needed help with a couple items. I had all the parts and hardware I needed, with exact counts up until the final steps, where I found spare parts. Everything is well built, and mostly modular. It looks like I could rearrange the panels on the tower and slide and ladder placement without a problem. One small note, the red climbing holds (or rocks) have faded, one in direct sunlight, one on the shady side. All others are holding their color fine.

I bought this for Christmas, the box was too targe to fit in my shed or garage, so I opted to wrap it in a tarp to protect it from the elements... long story short the was a hole in the tarp, saturating the box and al it's contents, by the Tim we unwrapped it to discover the problem, all the parts were rusted and beyond use. I contacted the company asking for a replacement and offering to pay for the parts. They declined payment and rushed the needed hardware free of charge! This company really knows what customer service means!

I notice that the set needs more anchorage parts for the monkey bars and Lifetime send them for free. The best play set ever!!!

I was able to assemble the play set with very little help from my wife in about 8 hours. I enjoy taking on task like this and I am very handy. I used a cordless impact with a socket Allen, a T handle Allen and ratchet with a socket. The only complaint is the rail that runs around the middle of tower in my opinion is its to low. I attached a picture, the play area is 30' * 50' with room to grow with my 3 year old daughter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the playset for our 5 year old granddaughter 12 days ago. My husband and son assembled it over the course of roughly 13 hours. It was well worth their time as once our granddaughter saw it, she was thrilled! She absolutely loves that there are two swings so someone else can swing with her. The play tower is a huge hit with her too! With her imagination the tower may one day be a castle and the next day a library when she can spend hours looking at books. The first time she went down the slide, she ended up on all fours so parents be aware and alert your children to be extra careful until they get the grasp of going down the slide. When searching for a playset, my husband, son and I all knew we didn't want a wooden one because of the ongoing maintenance required and risk of splinters. Our 5 year old granddaughter even told us she didn't want a wooden playset because she gets splinters when playing on them. As soon as we found the Lifetime Adventure Tower Playset, we knew our searching was over as we had found the perfect playset! This playset is going to be around for many years. Well worth the money!

This is a strong, heavy playground, it's beneficial to separate all the pieces and place them together. Also have a least two people to help out with assembly. The only thing I found difficult was the screws were so short and tightening can be difficult in some places. However, overall I find this playground to be top quality and year round play is essential for cold weather. My children are enjoying it! We made the right decision buying this lifetime playground.

Purchased in the late spring of 2018. it only took a few hours to build for 3 people. This play tower is amazing. we have had it in the backyard for over 2 years. it has stood the times. The 4 kids have been playing and swinging on it and in all this time it has not started rustin nor has it fadded. The quality is very sturdy and when putting together if you notice issues the company replacement policy is awesome. Also after putting it toget her we realized that the tower modular panels could actually be rearranged if wanted. If we ever do move this sucker is coming with us and If we ever get the amazing sale price of $1,000 before taxes again we will gladly buy a secong one.
