We just bought this set and our kids love it! We bought it during the COVID-19 social distancing time, so delivery was just offered at the end of the driveway with one man removing it from the large truck. As far as assembly, it takes a while, so be prepared! It took 3 days total, but working about 2-3 hours each of those 3 days...but it was worth it. The kids love the swings, slide, and monkey bars. I can even stand straight in the tower (I'm 5'4”). We are very happy with our purchase and I would recommend it. I may look at purchasing the stabilizer set in the future.

I bought this about 2 months ago and it is excellent. I did not do the marathon 1-2 day put the entire thing together. I took about a week, 1-3 hours per day, and did it almost entirely by myself. There are a couple of spots that you need a second set of hands. As long as you follow the directions you won't have any problems. It is sturdy and strong and will last her many many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased and installed the swing set two weeks ago for our grandchildren that range in age from 2 1/2 - 4 1/2, and they love it. Our only concern is the ladder leading to the clubhouse. As the child climbs the arched ladder, there is 10" opening between the top rung and the clubhouse platform, which the child can easily fall through. I contacted Lifetime and explained the situation. We feel an additional rung at the top of the arch would prevent our grandchildren from falling through. Lifetime advised they aren't able to send the requested rung because it will void the warranty and potentially be a safety issue. Isn't the 10" gap that my grandchild can fall through a safety issue? Wish they had a better answer.

We had this playset for a little over 2 years. It took us 2 days to build it and we thought it was very high quality. Even after 2 years, it looked new. There was only some slight fading on the rock wall hand holds. My kids (2 and 3.5 years old) absolutely loved it and played with it nearly every day! It was big and sturdy enough to hold older kids and adults. But, sadly, the entire playset was lost in a tornado. We never found it. We had anchored it according to directions but the anchors could not withstand such high winds. We are devastated to have lost such a great set.

This is our second playset from lifetime. We moved from our previous home but wanted another for our new backyard. We got a great Black Friday price from Sams, shipping was fast and the playset came much earlier than expected. Delivery was great, the truck driver took the boxes off the shrink wrapped pallet and rolled them into our garage. The playset is packed in 4 boxes, the instruction manual is inside a box with a label so you can locate it easily. All of the hardware is labeled in individual packages for each step and there is even a package of extra hardware in the instance one piece breaks or gets lost. Our interactions with customer service with lifetime last time were great, they sent a replacement part we needed quickly without giving us any trouble. So, if you need any help contact lifetime they are great at helping. There are seven steps total in the 95 page manual. The instructions are clear as long as you take the time to read each page. It is a big playset so it takes a long time to assemble properly, you will definitely get a workout. It took my husband and I a day and a half with our oldest son, age 12, helping. Since we had already assembled one before we already prepared ourselves mentally for the work. Sometimes a hole might not line up perfectly but that's expected with the ground underneath not being perfectly level. With some patience and ingenuity each piece will fit, we just had to take our time and think it through. All the pieces we needed were there and the kids have played and played for hours since we finished!! It's a great playset and we will always recommend lifetime playgrounds. We got the whole lifetime playground set up about a month ago and it's been a huge hit with my three children, ages are two, eight and nine and there's something for everyone. The build quality is wonderful and I think the stuff is in last forever. Highly recommend!

I immediately knew this was just what we were looking for! With numerous options for multiple children to play at the same time, this is the one we purchased. We are VERY happy with the quality of construction, the sturdy workmanship and we are looking forward to many years of watching our Grandchildren enjoy it! We also installed it ourselves and were pleased with the instructions and ALL the parts were there! When our 2 year old Grandson saw it completed for the the first time his eyes popped and he said, "Oh my!" That says it all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had just assembled a wooden play set from Toys-R-Us and used for less than a year and it was already showing signs of deterioration. I had to move to a new house and I didn't think the wooden set would survive an attempted move. I saw this swing set for roughly the same price and it is made so much better! It looks more like playground quality than the wooden set. In fact, I even swing with my son! I wouldn't even sit on a swing from the wooden set! I assembled this by myself over the course of a few days. It would definitely help to have another person assist, but you can do it alone if need be.

Ordered this online and it was shipped freight on a big 18 wheeler. Unloaded nice and neat on a big pallet on my carport. The set itself is nice and sturdy. Take others advice, get all hardware out and all parts inventoried and read the instructions. Everything is clear for the most part, took us a few days. In between rain and double checking everything. If you have 2 people and get a start early it could be done in a day (and with no little ones under foot). Only complaint was one section of the swing bar, you drill a screw directly into the metal instead of having a nut to thread to. It does not catch good and feels loose. Its going anywhere but still, everything on this set gets snugged up good and tight except that one step. Strange. great set though over all. Kids love it
