I bought this swing for my kids around a month ago, and they absolutely LOVE it! My only complaint is that some of the bolts were very difficult to get through the plastic as if they weren't long enough? Luckily the bag of extra parts came in very handy for that issue! Other than that, no complaints!!

We bought this set for our grandchildren to play on when they come visit. We have seven ages 13, 12, 4, 4, 3, 16mo. and 1. It gets lots of use. A storm came through and lifted the set bending the fire pole upon landing. Even in the midst of this crazy pandemic this company not only replied to my email requesting a way to purchase a new pole....they are sending us a new pole at no charge!!! (By the way, turns out that storm not only lifted our playground but uprooted a giant magnolia tree from our neighbors yard a few acres back, it was a doozy). The kids all love playing on this set and we anticipate even the 1 year having many more years of play on it!

This one star review is based off of the service we received instead of the product itself. Sam's accidentally sent us two of these swing sets when we only ordered one. It was then our responsibility to get this 500+ pound swing set back to the store which is nearly an hour away. After returning the extra on December 18th we still have yet to receive our money back as we were chraged twice when Sam's sent us two swing sets. We have called multiple times and spent hours on hold just to still not have our money back nearly a month later.

Yes it takes a while to properly level the play area and to put together this beast, but it is well worth it! Definitely takes 2 people to put together. Don't even waste your time alone. Our daughter loves it! It is so much more than I had even thought it would have been.

The kids love this play set!! It was a little intimidating to put together at first because there are so many pieces but in all actuality it wasn't very difficult at all. It took my husband and I about 8 hours on a Sunday to put together. All the pieces & hardware were there & Lifetime even included an extra packet of various screws-which definitely came in handy as a few screws got stripped by the drill. We haven't even had it a week & it's already provided hours of enjoyment for the kiddos. It's made nicely & even better made in the USA. The only setback is that not all pieces are labeled, if they were it would make putting it together a lot faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a used Adventure Tower Playset between 2 - 3 years old in Florida. The playset is in great condition! There was some rust but nothing serious (bolts / screws) and it was all easily replaceable through LifeTime. Ordering the parts was very simple as I emailed LifeTime with the Unit # and part numbers (from the manual). I expect this Playset to hold value for the next five years or more and I will be able to resell it when my kids have outgrown it. Thank you!

We bought this set used from a friend, who had ordered this online. Everything was in amazing condition after two years' worth, except two bolts were missing in the move. We requested replacement bolts and had them shipped within days. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are so pleased!

We bought this as an early Christmas gift for our children. We were given a arrival date on Dec 4 but when Freight company called they said it wouldn't arrive till the 6 and delivered on the 7. They gave us a 12-6 window of delivery and and hour call ahead. Well we got a 20 minute call ahead. It happened so quick that we were unable to inspect the open pallet. Once we were able to really look at pallet and items we noticed the roof looked damaged(see attached pictures). It's not like we can call or return the product once delivered. We didn't realize this till we started to put together as well. It did take us about 8 hours to put together we broke it up with 2 hours one night and 6 the next day. But the kids love it and once it was completed, they played on it for hours.

Purchased this in May 2018. I have 6 grand kids and so far no major problems. The steering wheel bolt broke. Replacement bolts and nuts were ordered and on the way. I could not find the bolts or nuts at any hardware stores. Lifetime replaced the bolts and nuts free of charge. Nice!

We bought this playset in 2018 for our grandchildren. It was a lifesaver during the pandemic when schools and local playgrounds were closed. We live in AZ and get monthly lawn irrigation that rusted a couple parts. Lifetime rep. Heidi was an incredible help facilitating a couple replacement parts. This product is VERY well made and worth every penny!
