Nothing against Sams. They are great. This playground is garbage and so is the company. I've had it 6 months and ALL the main frame pieces are rusting out. I contacted Lifetime to be told it is my fault for improper upkeep . Im sorry, what?! Other than blame all they offered was paint. Apparently thinking a playground was designed to be outside was my fault. Need to change their name from Lifetime to ‘Months IF Your Lucky'

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this swingset for 5 months now. I had done reseach for probably six months making sure this is what we needed. Was worried most about the curved ladder and little kids but kids as young as two can do it. I do stand close by most times to be sure they don't need help. I also love this swingset as I can climb up to the top to be with them and I can also swing with them and they also love that. Well worth it. We opted to have someone put together for us and it only took them half a day.

It has been a great source for play, imagination, fun with friends, and hours in the tower. I loved that it wasn't wood and it would withstand the elements without worrying about decay and someone getting hurt. I got a supplemental third swing and attached it where the rings are and it works great when we have multiple kids playing. Totally worth the money and the time to put it together. It is definitely a task to put together but with some organization and a few strong people it's doable.

This was a functional playset for 2 years, then despite taking good care of it, the metal parts under the clubhouse quickly began to rust. So badly that we had to scrape the entire structure. The company told us they would replace the broken parts, but clearly they wouldn't have lasted longer than 2 years in our Florida humidity and rain. The warranty says that "rust is not covered". Buyer beware.

This is a wonderful playset that my kids LOVE! This was a gift and I am beyond thankful that we have it as our kids spend hours outside playing on this. This is a solid playset that is going to last a longtime (not like to wooden ones). The challenge on this was the setup as it took about 12hrs (split it up over two days). Someone with more experience could have done it in less time, but this was my first time to put something like this together and I ran into some self inflicted mistakes (read the directions very closely and look at the pictures to make sure you are putting together the right parts). No doubt that I would recommend this to anyone looking for a playset.

The set is fantastic, my son loves it. Problem with this is mainly the instruction manual, not the product. The bolts and washer letter designation do not match the blister packs. The only way around it I found was to take the part and match it to the instruction book. Fortunately the manual pictures are actual size of the bolts, etc, so you can match it up that way. I can see someone who is not mechanically incline get frustrated with the installation. Lifetime should update either the manuals or get the labeling correct.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know who was more excited about the Adventure Tower Deluxe Playset? Me or my 6 year old? It is the center of activity and adventure. Kids come over and say "Wow! You have a park in your yard?" It provides activity, imagination, and friendship. I absolutely love this set. High quality, sturdy and safe. I highly recommend the professional install. Two hours and ....BAM! It's done.

Before buying the Lifetime Adventure Tower Playset from Sam's Club online, I checked other sites. The Sam's Club price was the best that I found, plus if your a Sam's Club Plus member you get $30.00 back in rewards compared to the other sites I shopped, you can't beat that. The ordering process was quick and easy only problem I had was with shipping but that was not due to Sam's Club but the delivery company's ABF Freight and Beaver Express. The playset comes packaged on a 10ft long pallet with a total weight of 671lbs. Putting the playset together can be done by one adult but it helps having a second adult around to. The playset can also be put up in one day if you have time and no interruptions. The instructions on how to put it together are good but some of them were mislabeled, but that's no big deal. The quality of the playset is real good and well worth the costs. I know my kids are already enjoying it. I have bought other lifetime products and will be buying more. Thanks Sam's Club

They need to change their name. The quality is junk. The parts had rust on them brand new out of the box. Bent metal. Warped plastic. No predrilled holes on a lot of the metal that should have been. I was missing so many pieces! Tried an exchange and the same thing happened. I will never buy another lifetime product again. The installer said this was the worst set up he had seen and he was unable to assemble because of so many missing pieces. Buyer beware. Im returning it.
