Playset is well designed for play, except for the ladder. That is a bit precarious. assembly is a mixed bag. The manual was good most of the time, but lacked some key details that would have made things easier. I had to figure some stuff out on my own. Fortunately, I'm pretty handy, but thise with less construction experience may need to seek help. The videos on Youtube helped too. Some holes don't quite line up and some bolts are way too short. I had to muscle a few things or dip into the extra hardware bag to make something up that would work. Assembly took me about seven hours alone. It might have gone faster if I wasn't alone and it wasn't 20F outside. I would definitely buy this again though.

We bought this for our kids after debating many others as well as stick building our own. For the price, this set cant be beat! Very well built and looks as it will last much longer than the cedar ones. All of our neighbors who have cedar wish they would have went with this one after seeing how sturdy/well built it is. The guys at Sam's brought it out and loaded it up with a forklift. It comes in three big boxes and the slide is separate. You will need at least a full size truck to haul it home. After reading some of the horror stories me and my wife planned for two days of construction. We finished it in one day (with only one ladder). It was a full day but it went together well. We had all pieces required and no issues. Do plan on needing two people through the whole process. I thought I was going to be able to just get her help when needed but the bolt system pretty much requires two people through the whole process. One person cant reach to hold parts together in 90% of the production. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase and look forward to years of fun with family and friends in the back yard.

I purchased this set for 2 of my granddaughters in June. It's a great set for them. Very sturdy, termites cannot eat it and the yard man cannot bust it up when he hits it. Be prepared to spend the day in the yard putting it together. It has hex head bolts, get that size for your drill driver or it will take 2 days. The girls have enjoyed playing on it.

My son loves this playset and having his friends over! The frieght company calls you to set up a delivery time. It came in three big boxes. Assembly was rather time consuming. It was better to have a couple extra hands to put it together. The instructions are good!

This a great play set for our children 1,4&6. The material is good quality and we set it up on the grass. We had to hire somebody to put it together which took 2 people over two days. It seemed too complicated for us, but we are not very handy. I think the kids will enjoy it for years to come. We also ordered a baby swing to replace the trapeze bar. The kids are very happy!

This play set comes I'm a million parts to put together. I enjoy putting things together like this so it was not a problem but others would get annoyed. There is a you tube video for set up too. Very sturdy well made play set; I've never seen one Iike this and I'm so glad I purchased it.

Very sturdy and kids are having a blast. We watched the Lifetime YouTube assembly video and it helped speed up the process. It took two people around 7 hours. The paint cracked when attaching the railings so we sprayed rust inhibitor on those places to avoid issues down the road. We've had multiple compliments from neighbors on the design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this a couple months ago because I was not convinced the wooden models in the same price range would hold up well. My son and I got it together over the course of three days (he's 11). The instructions were clear, as long as we paid close attention and didn't rush we didn't have issues. The slide and ladder ARE reversible, which was not clear from some other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by this as I was able to fit it into our space better than expected. We needed some extra anchors and were able to order the correct anchors for the set in the number required direct from customer service. Very please over all.

We bought this about a month ago. It was delivered on time via a freight company. They said we might have to carry it off in pieces, but the delivery driver was able to get it off on the pallet and into our garage for us. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. It took my husband and I about 10 hours to assemble it. We had a neighbor help us for a few steps that required 3 people. Our kids love it and I am pleased with the quality of everything.

It took awhile to get and although the parts were all there, some of them were marked incorrectly causing a few more headaches then were necessary. We did get it together in about 8 hours with 2 people. Definitely worth the wait. Also looks great!
