The swing set was great quality! There were tons of pieces of hardware. You are looking at 2-3 days for assembly. I see now why it would cost so much to pay for assembly. Instructions were clear. Only complaint is that the slide is super fast due to the incline. Because of that my smallest kids are scared to go down it. I put a large baby pool full of sand at the bottom of the slide to break the impact. But it could just be due to my not perfectly level yard.

Playset has a lot of wonderful features built in. The quality of the materials; from the "Lifetime" plastic to the bolts, this thing can withstand some serious playtime from kids of all ages. The wide stance of the swing area support legs is what got our attention. After putting it together, I was very impressed with the stability.

Very sturdy! The platform is able to handle my husband & 8 year old on it at the same time with no "give" or weak spots. I've been able to swing with our 6 year old & the playset doesn't flex all. It's time consuming to put together, but the instructions are easy to follow. Definately need 2 people for a good portion of the installation.

This set is incredibly well designed, easy to clean, and can be assembled a few ways to optimize layout. We have two VERY active boys: 48 months and 20 months. They love it. The ladder seems like it is too slippery for the youngest, so we will add a wooden ladder to ensure he is safe. We got a decent promotion on this set at Christmas and used the cost savings to add kiddie mulch all around it.

My girls love this play set! Despite the cold weather they have still begged to play outside. They have played for hours. The only drawback is that it took about 4 hours to assemble even with a team of 7 people working together at a good pace. Be very careful of the first few steps, especially the step that tells you to rotate the platform. We missed this step and so did a friend of mine that bought it a few weeks before us.

I have had it for several weeks now. It's a quality set. I put it together mostly by myself in the evenings after work. It took about 4 days. There are some times when a 2nd person is necessary. Also there are some times where the screws they provide almost seem too short. The roof assembly for instance needed an extreme amount of pressure put on for the screw to come through enough to thread the nut. But all in all it's a great set and I'm happy with the purchase.

This was purchased as a birthday present for our granddaughter. She is enjoying it immensely. The negative was the assembly time. It is somewhat complex, with many bolts to assemble the various pieces. Everything needed was there for fasteners, but you do need screwdrivers, additional allen wrenches, a drill with a 3/8" bit, and other wrenches. I would suggest opening box 1 and reading through the instruction booklet. I think that would have helped our process

After much research, my husband and I decided on this play set for our kids ages 3 and 6. It took approximately 20 hours to assemble over the course of several days with a team of 1-3 people at any given time. The instructions were clear and easy to follow which was much appreciated! Our children love this play set and we love how sturdy it is. We've had quite a few kids play on it and they all love it!

Well made product, however, instructions lacking in some areas. For instance, the floor has a specific way it's supposed to be installed, however, that wasn't stated in instructions. Consequently we installed it then found we had swapped sides and had to drill holes through areas that weren't intended. The problem with that is that by the time we found out, too much had been assembled to go back and reposition the floor. Plastic panels did not fit as well as they should forcing fasteners to be out of place and on the edge of the panel. Self-tapping screws for the floor were worthless! They'd start the hole them immediately strip out. They were a #14 screw so finding larger screws to replace them was not possible. Drilling pilot holes and carefully screwing them in didn't help - they stripped immediately. Ended up using 1/4" automotive pop rivets with washers. Instructions in 3 languages I suppose is expedient but made instructions so busy it was difficult to make out what was supposed to be done in what order.

I've spent a full Saturday working on assembling the set with the help of my daughter and son-in-law. The weather turned cold so I'll probably finish it up this coming weekend. Directions are good, parts are well labeled and the materials are very good. I'm very satisfied.
