[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lifetime makes fantastic products all the way around! This is our second jungle gym we've bought from them. The first was in the backyard of our first home and I had every intention on taking it with us when we moved, but the buyers wanted it to stay with the house. We bought this set for our new home and it is just as wonderful. Get help when putting it together though!

Being a Professional Commercial Grade Playground Equipment Designer I am extremely picky about the play equipment I let my kids play on, but unfortunately the commercial grade equipment I design costs 10s of thousands of dollars... pricing it far beyond what we could do in our back yard. I had no interest in wood sets as I've seen how quickly the age and how flimsy they tend to be. Most steel sets are poorly engineered and made of cheap, thin metal that just doesn't last. With my oldest being 10 and my youngest 10 months, I wanted to make sure it'd last. I found this set in my price range and liked it's features. It came well packaged with hardware well organized into individual cards for each stage of the assembly. This took me a week to assembly, mostly by myself, but with some help from my 10 year old, after work in the evenings. The roof was about the only part that really required 2 to get it up on top. It went together quite easily, and loved the simplicity of the tools needed. Assembled, it's quite a bit larger than it looks online and even in store with roughly a 5' deck and much taller swings than most of the cheaper steel sets. It's very sturdy (though I'm not sure I'll be climbing on it at 200+ lbs). The only suggestion I would make for design improvements is perhaps a more rigid connection for the ladder to deck. (Lifetime: Feel free to contact me to discuss) While this unit would not pass the safety inspections we are required to do in commercial playgrounds (can't have swings attached to a climbing structure), it's about as close to passing as I've seen any residential set I've seen. I highly recommend this set.

Great product! Really solid and easy to put together. Great instructions and they even have videos to watch if you need it. Didn't have any problems with holes lining up. Put together myself over span of two days with a little assistance from the wife when connecting the swings to the tower.

We (finally) got this put together after about two days with 3 and sometimes 4 people working on it. The instructions are pathetic. The product is as cute as can be and the kids love it. I would recommend this if you have a lot of patience and are prepared to take apart what you put together in the last step, in two steps forward.

I purchased this playset for my kids about 3 weeks ago. It's a great playset - the kids have hours of fun. Very sturdy and durable. Shipping was fast and delivery was easy. Installation on the other hand was horrible. It took my husband and I a full day to build. I didn't feel the instructions were clear - there were many times we had to read and re-read and the instructions. We even found ourselves having to watch installation videos to make sure what we were doing was right. Midway through I wished I had paid for installation. That being said, we were able to get it up and the kids love it.

We bought this as an early Christmas gift for our children. We were given a arrival date on Dec 4 but when Freight company called they said it wouldn't arrive till the 6 and delivered on the 7. They gave us a 12-6 window of delivery and and hour call ahead. Well we got a 20 minute call ahead. It happened so quick that we were unable to inspect the open pallet. Once we were able to really look at pallet and items we noticed the roof looked damaged(see attached pictures). It's not like we can call or return the product once delivered. We didn't realize this till we started to put together as well. It did take us about 8 hours to put together we broke it up with 2 hours one night and 6 the next day. But the kids love it and once it was completed, they played on it for hours.

Purchased this in May 2018. I have 6 grand kids and so far no major problems. The steering wheel bolt broke. Replacement bolts and nuts were ordered and on the way. I could not find the bolts or nuts at any hardware stores. Lifetime replaced the bolts and nuts free of charge. Nice!

Overall the kids love it! The instructions were very confusing and the pictures and diagrams too small. There were so many different kinds of screws, nuts and bolts. Seems like it would be easier to make it more universal. Several times we had to take apart and back step.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This playset is a hit! My kids love everything about it. We had a BBQ and my teenage son and 3 men put it together in an evening. I was amazed they assembled it so quickly. I think my kids would live in it if they could!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model several years ago and it has stood up to the elements with no issues. We recently moved cross country and packed it up to go with (our children practically live on this set). The mover unfortunately decided to dismantle the set and subsequently lost some parts. Outstanding job by Lifetime to provide replacement parts at no cost! This is an outstanding company that knows how to treat their customers!
