First off, I have to admit that I waited SAMS CLUB out until they had this unit on internet sale w/free delivery.....And what bang for the buck I got! Here goes a few comments. First off - if you order to have it delivered....expect a wait....even though your local club has it in stock, its still gonna come from a warehouse? Second. -It comes in a big crate.....and yes it's heavy....its a commercial grade playset for goodness sake (plan where your gonna store it till build day). Third - get a friend.....you ain't putting this thing together by yourself......I tried and got as far as the frame....before it became to heavy and unyeildy. Fourth - plan for at least a day's worth of work. I found the instructions easy enough to follow and the results are stunning. Lastly, be sure to plan for its location....cause you are not gonna move this thing with out a whole lot of effort, once built. As luck would have it...I reside in the land of Rainbow play systems....and have owned one previously......I would have to honestly say that the quality and features of this playset rival that of one of Rainbow's midgrade systems.....at a fourth the cost. Highly Recommend!

A bit pricey...but build very sturdy. It has anchors in the ground and is solid. My 9, 6 and 4 year old can all play on this...hopefully for years to come. Installation took about 8 hours of my husband's Sunday away...only a couple times did he need a second set of hands to assist him. There was a dime sized burn hole in the plastic of the platform....not super happ about that though!

Great swing set kids love it. Instructions are a little hard to understand in some parts but not to bad. Some of the hardware packs are mislabeled but it was towards the end of the acembley so it wasn't to difficult to figure out. Seems to be very well built and sturdy, should last a very long time.

Looks great but putting it together was not a 1 person job. Very difficult and if it not perfectly flat it near impossible to get the holes to line up. All of that said its great once together. My boys love it. If I could do it all over, someone would build it for me.

Excellent swing set for my two kids (5&7). I was looking for something that would challenge by athletic 7 yo, but not be too frustrating for my 5 yo. This was a perfect fit. I see it getting years of use...even when this pandemic ends! Not too hard to put together and the directions were crystal clear. It took 1-2 of us working on it 2 solid days to complete.

I purchased this for my grand children. It shipped quickly and was packaged well. The instructions were clear and parts were packaged smartly. It took a while to assemble, a lot could be done solo, but you'll need help assembling some parts. It is a well made product and the grand kids are really enjoying it.

I searched the internet for hours to see what was available and we are so happy that we decided on this playset to get for our kids! It is well made, sturdy, and stable. The coloring is nice. I am grateful it is made out of plastic so that I do not have to worry about staining, slivers, rotting, or other maintenance that comes with buying wooden sets. The slide is fast and a fun challenge for my younger kids to climb up. The quality shows, but I am particularly happy with the swings material and craftmenship. My kids play on this for hours at a time. The shipping was several weeks faster than initially stated, they called to confirm delivery time and date, and were professional. It took my husband and my father 8.5 hours to put it together. My husband said the instructions are a little vague in certain spots, but not confusing. The parts come in boxes, well packaged inside, and are organized. Well worth the buy!

The swing set was great quality! There were tons of pieces of hardware. You are looking at 2-3 days for assembly. I see now why it would cost so much to pay for assembly. Instructions were clear. Only complaint is that the slide is super fast due to the incline. Because of that my smallest kids are scared to go down it. I put a large baby pool full of sand at the bottom of the slide to break the impact. But it could just be due to my not perfectly level yard.

This was purchased for two young (2.5 & 1 yrs) grandchildren. We knew they were a little young, but we added a couple of toddler swings for immediate use. We initially planned to purchase a top-of-the-line wooden playset, but after a great deal of research decided to go with a top-grade metal one instead. We watched multiple YouTube reviews and decided on this company & model. We hired a local handyman to assemble it ($300). After a week or so of use, we are all pleased. We couldn't believe our eyes when we were send a video of the 2 year old climbing the ladder by himself and sliding down the slide. He also eschews the toddler swing for the regular one - amazing!

We (finally) got this put together after about two days with 3 and sometimes 4 people working on it. The instructions are pathetic. The product is as cute as can be and the kids love it. I would recommend this if you have a lot of patience and are prepared to take apart what you put together in the last step, in two steps forward.
