[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this adventure tower last spring, finally got it assembled in August, and found we were missing parts. The company was wonderful in replacing the parts free of charge, great to do business with this company!

My son loves this playset and having his friends over! The frieght company calls you to set up a delivery time. It came in three big boxes. Assembly was rather time consuming. It was better to have a couple extra hands to put it together. The instructions are good!

This play set comes I'm a million parts to put together. I enjoy putting things together like this so it was not a problem but others would get annoyed. There is a you tube video for set up too. Very sturdy well made play set; I've never seen one Iike this and I'm so glad I purchased it.

We had an issue with the Lifetime play-set we purchased from a friend and reached out to customer service in attempts to get resolve the issue. Though the problem had absolutely nothing to do with the company or product itself (just a missing part), our customer service rep, Ammon, was incredibly helpful, very pleasant, and went above and beyond to help us with getting the part we needed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this for my grand childern ages from 5-12 and they absolutley love it and we do to the quality is amazing this is a very strong and extremely well made .so many activities for them to do its truly an awsome swing set would highly reccomend

Looks great but putting it together was not a 1 person job. Very difficult and if it not perfectly flat it near impossible to get the holes to line up. All of that said its great once together. My boys love it. If I could do it all over, someone would build it for me.

Item was delivered on a pallet, carefully wrapped and in perfect condition. The instructions are easy to follow. The parts are clearly labeled and hardware is packaged as needed. Grandma and dad spent about 10 hours to assemble. Grandchildren love it!

The playset is amazing and the children (age 3&8) love it. It seems really strong. We had read the reviews and decided to pay for the installation. We went through Lifetime and the process was difficult. The installer took 3 days and showed up late every single day. Overall, very happy now that it is done.

Great purchase, love it although there is a lot of assembly required and the instructions are vague at times. I found Youtube video to be really helpful. My oldest son ad myself put together in 2 days. Grand Kids love it. I was impressed with how sturdy it is.

We just had our play set installed yesterday and it is AMAZING! The quality is unreal. My husband is big guy and it's sturdy enough for him to go on everything. My kids (ages 5 and 2) are in love with this entire set. I am so happy we decided to spend a bit more and go with a metal set as opposed to wood. I also highly recommend having the play set installed by Lifetime. It took one guy one day to do it but we are happy that we didn't have to worry about putting it together and now we have peace of mind knowing it was installed correctly.
