Received in four different boxes on one skid. It unloaded with two healthy men. Assembly was accomplished by one person in less than three hours. We bought this brand because of the perceived life expectancy, Lifetime. Kids love it. Can't keep them off of it. Three year old navigates all of the features. Five year wants to know why we didn't buy it when she was three.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought and received my Play-set about three weeks ago, and it was easy to assemble. The Lifetime Adventure Tower had easy to read instructions for assembling it. The Play-set more of all is great for the grandchildren, and everyone who has children will love it. GREAT!

This is a great playset. After our small wooden playset was destroyed by a tornado, we decided to upgrade to this one. It was just me putting it together so it took a while, but that's to be expected. Throughout the entire installation process I was impressed with the engineering and quality of materials. Now that it's up our boys love it! This thing will last forever, but if it didn't I would replace it with the same one.

This is an amazing playset. Our grandchildren are enjoying it. Things to know: The ladder is rounded at the top leaving a large gap for little ones to step over. Not a problem for 5+ but a little tricky for younger ones. Also in the Florida sun the slide gets too hot to use some days. All that aside, I would buy again.

It's a monster to put together but you will be pleased with the final product. Instructions lack good details but if you're at all mechanically inclined, you will be fine. My kids absolutely love it! Some days I can't keep them off of it. I would recommend for sure, the play set is the best you can find for the money.

We bought this for our kids after debating many others as well as stick building our own. For the price, this set cant be beat! Very well built and looks as it will last much longer than the cedar ones. All of our neighbors who have cedar wish they would have went with this one after seeing how sturdy/well built it is. The guys at Sam's brought it out and loaded it up with a forklift. It comes in three big boxes and the slide is separate. You will need at least a full size truck to haul it home. After reading some of the horror stories me and my wife planned for two days of construction. We finished it in one day (with only one ladder). It was a full day but it went together well. We had all pieces required and no issues. Do plan on needing two people through the whole process. I thought I was going to be able to just get her help when needed but the bolt system pretty much requires two people through the whole process. One person cant reach to hold parts together in 90% of the production. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase and look forward to years of fun with family and friends in the back yard.

We've been looking at playground set and decided that we didn't want a wood one as they rot and require a lot of maintenance. We finally got this for our 7 year old for his birthday. He was SO excited! All the parts were there except the slide. We called Sam's Club and they made it right. It took about 6-7 hours to assemble. One review stated that it takes 3 people - 2 to assemble and one to read the instructions. That's what we did and it worked out great! Our only complaint is that sometimes the bolts were not thread properly and they would break. There are extras but only one of each type of bolt and nut. For this reason we give it 4 stars. But our son loves it and likes playing outside more now. That's a win!

The playset is amazing and the children (age 3&8) love it. It seems really strong. We had read the reviews and decided to pay for the installation. We went through Lifetime and the process was difficult. The installer took 3 days and showed up late every single day. Overall, very happy now that it is done.

Well made product, however, instructions lacking in some areas. For instance, the floor has a specific way it's supposed to be installed, however, that wasn't stated in instructions. Consequently we installed it then found we had swapped sides and had to drill holes through areas that weren't intended. The problem with that is that by the time we found out, too much had been assembled to go back and reposition the floor. Plastic panels did not fit as well as they should forcing fasteners to be out of place and on the edge of the panel. Self-tapping screws for the floor were worthless! They'd start the hole them immediately strip out. They were a #14 screw so finding larger screws to replace them was not possible. Drilling pilot holes and carefully screwing them in didn't help - they stripped immediately. Ended up using 1/4" automotive pop rivets with washers. Instructions in 3 languages I suppose is expedient but made instructions so busy it was difficult to make out what was supposed to be done in what order.

We are happy with our purchase. I took one star away simply because of how long it takes to assemble. It took my husband and I an entire day to assemble. That was with stopping for 2 quick rain showers. Other than the extremely long assembly, we are satisfied with pits purchase. The set is well made and will last many years for our 3 daughters.
