An ok air conditioner

It is an ok air conditioner. I read reviews and thought it would be better. This is my 2nd air conditioner I purchased. Took first one back as it was so noisy we couldn’t stand it. Bought this one and it is better than the first but still does not have the nice hum noise I am use to from the older air conditioners we have had. It still rattles. Also it cools the room enough but not as good as my 5000 BTU older model.
