Pros : one of the top 3 rated machines by consumer reports, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it operates , it lacks for nothing . Cons, the inside looks like a styrofoam cup it gives me some concerns about long term durability....

I bought this a month ago and it works well on really hot days. It is too small for my space but I knew that when I purchased it. Overall it works well however, eco mode is REALLY energy efficient and seems counter productive as it takes FOREVER to cool with it on. Once I shut that off, the air was very cool and made our home much more comfortable.

I bought this about a month ago and for the most part I like it. It cools well, easy installation. Fairly lighy weight and efficient. I also like the electronic controls at this price with remote control. It has Led lights that I like to turn off at night. I also like that it will turn off at times when it reaches programmed temperature. My only real complaint it has an annoying tale when it's running. Not sure what this is, maybe something loose, but hate to return it for this.

It's less expensive than most others at this BTU rating. It is noisier than the GE I replaced with it. However the GE ran 24/7, this runs for shorter periods and is keeping the room comfortable. I can sleep through anything so for me to think it's loud a light sleeper would find it very annoying.

Bought this AC unit for a small bedroom. It works ok, but it is very noisy. It's not just a loud compressor but also weird sounds like gurgling and heavy rain. Bizarre. I really wish I had bought a more premium air conditioner. I'm keeping this one because it's such a hassle to install.

My rating is low because the box says that it should include a remote control and instructions, which were not included in the box. Air conditioner works well , it is a bit noisy , but not so bad that I couldn’t sleep through it. But while I know how to run the unit, I’m still not sure the difference in some of the mode settings. I brought this to the attention of Sams Club employees and nothing was done.

This Air Conditioner can only work in a small room. And it takes too long to cool a room. I am seriously considering returning both air conditioners and going with a major brand instead.

Noisy Unit; Especially when it turned on/off from ECO or auto modes. It wakes me up every time, This only cools a VERY SMALL room. Damaged product inside the closed and sealed box. The grates on the back are bent.

Not made well. This is my second unit. First was defected in the case. This one makes noise as fan rattles. Member of Consumer Reports it directed me ,( my needs) to Sam's Club. so joined Sam's club to purchase. What a disappointment to find out my membership was only for the day. In retrospect, I should have paid the shipping charge.
