Don't waste your money

Unit arrived dented, and is so loud we can barely stand to run it. We would return it but my husband threw the box away.

Very happy

This A/C unit works great. It samples the air every 10 minutes for temperature and does a great job cooling for a 6000 BTU unit.

Air conditioner

I bought 2 of these air conditioners- just in time. They perform very well and very easy to place in window. I recommend this brand highly.

Cool Runnings

The window works very well and is quiet. It was easily installed. I like the auto fan speed setup. It changes speed as is needed and with the LED light switch, you may not notice it running.

Good little unit

I was skeptical on if this would cool our kitchen and living room down but it is amazing! I am contemplating on getting a 2nd one for my bedroom for that part of the house and just turn the central air unit off because the house is so much cooler
