dispenser tray stays full of water
Washer works ok but dispenser tray is full of water after each cycle and must be cleaned. I have tried to resolved this with LG, first they said I had an "old design" tray and sent a new one. The new one is the same as the old one LG tech then said it was working as designed.

Absolutely obsessed!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My all time favorite feature of this washer is being able to utilize the LG app!! I have 4 littles so home life is purse chaos majority of the time and even though it plays a nice jingle when the cycle is done, having a notification to my phone/watch has been a game changer! I can be outside playing with the kids and know when the cycle is done and needs to be switched over! The capacity is amazing too! I can fit soo much stuff without it being overpacked and being a household of 6, this is a necessity! My only regret is not also buying the matching dryer! It is also super user friendly!

Goodbye Front Loader!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG WT8205CW washing machine is an upgrade from my previous front load LG washer. I was tired of having to clean out the front and wanted to go back to a top loader. Let me just say that this washer is superior. The control panel is simple, yet stylish. It offers so many wash options. The design of the unit makes it easy and accommodating to reach in to pull clothes out. The lid is a SlamProof lid, which is great when you have children in the house. The washer isn’t loud, at most you can hear the water filling up. It has a 4.8 cu. ft. capacity, which means large loads are possible. Another great thing is that it has a 4-way agitator that moves clothes up, down, left and right. You can also choose the deep fill option to add extra water, or keep it at the high-efficiency level. This is a plus for large loads. If you want to get the most out of your washer, you can download the LG ThinQ App. It is so helpful to be able to see on the time the washer has left without having to get up to look. If I am downstairs, I most likely won’t hear the musical timer go off. There are more features on the app. Check it out!

Washer doesn’t not clean very well
I put my clothes to wash in almost all cycle and my clothes comes out the same as if i didn’t put it to wash all dirty

LG does it again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first new big appliance purchase in quite some time. Going into it not sure what to expect. Im happy to report if your on the fence about purchasing this LG washer look no further. Technology has come a long way and this washing machine proves it with 8+ preset modes that cater to your every need. From normal mode to Ai the washer has done a great job. So many settings to choose from and you can even set your own preferred setting from your phone with Download mode! The drum in this machine is big! I've thrown clothes, towels and even a king size comforter in with ease and everything comes out clean! My biggest surprise from this washer is how incredibly quiet it is in operation. I highly recommend this if your in need of a new washer!

LG is the brand to buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this new LG washer. We have had several other LG appliances and have always been satisfied with them. My wife loves this washer because it has an agitator (our previous washer didn't) and it's not too deep so she can reach small items, like socks, on the bottom. It has Wi-Fi and works with the LG app, so you get notified on your phone when a wash is complete. You can also download extra wash cycles that aren't available on the front panel and send them to the washer, a cool feature that we have used more than once already.
