A high tech, high capacity cleaning machine!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall, I am very happy with this washer that I received at a discount. It is so quiet, which I hope you can tell from the video. The remote phone option is interesting, but I’m not sure how often I would use it. I used a minimal amount of detergent and my clothes came out very clean on the first wash. I truly cannot believe how huge the drum is! I placed in my clothing and both of my daughter’s clothing, plus a few items of my husbands and well it looked to be right at the fill line, once the water filled up we could’ve easily fit in a few more items if we needed to. I suspect this machine will cut down my loads per week in half, which I am thrilled about. The only minor complaint I have is that some of the clothes nearest to the agitator seemed to just be wrapping and unwrapping around it, so I’m not sure if that’s normal or if there is a setting I need to adjust so that the entire wash basin spins more as well. Overall, this is a huge upgrade from our last machine and we are very happy with the opportunity to try it through Influenster.

My old machine was 16 years old and so this new machine was a pleasant surprise. Huge washing drum and uses less water. I wasn't too sure about AI but it determines the size of the load. I use delicate cycle often so I wasn't best pleased about having to go online to download it, and it did take some time to find it and do that. But it all runs well and I must say very quietly! The clothes come clean and brighter.

Okay , I did not realize the washer is registered . The Dryer wouldn't work so I looked in the manual and the "Control lock was on ". After reading thru the manual i was able to rectify the problem. I have no idea why or how the control lock was on. I also have a washer that for some reason I could not register but will try again. The washer so far works just fine,

So far it works
The washer appears to do the job. This is my first washer that selects the water level itself and I'm trying to get used to this. It would be an easier transition if the manual provided a description of each cycle. For example, if I selected a "normal" cycle vs "deep fill" vs "max" for the same load, what would be the impact to the water level? If "normal" fills the tub 1/4 of the way does "deep fill" add 25% more water or 50%? If I select "max" does it fill the tub up regardless of the load size or is it a max level dependent on the load size? If the operator's manual provided better (all of) information then the review would likely be higher. Spending my time going online searching through various forums is not an efficient use of my time. One thing I am enjoying is the ThinQ app which notifies me when a load is done. I didnt think I would use it but this waher is so quiet I can't tell when it finishes. My old washer was loud and I could be anywhere in the house and know it was done. So this is an unexpected plus for me.
