I have an awkward small laundry room and it fits perfectly. It fits 10x more than I thought, runs perfectly and having the app to see where i’m at and all my settings is a great addition. The ability to start my laundry on the go is super cool too! Quiet, durable and exactly what we needed. Now we just need the dryer!

This washer hits the sweet spot with a powerful agitator and a shallow enough drum that you don't need to be a gymnast to reach the bottom. The capacity is a game-changer, easy maintenance, getting phone alerts when the laundry is done and being able to download custom cycles makes it feel truly high-tech. Reliable, user-friendly, modern, and has less water wastage.

There are many different settings and it is energy efficient which is wonderful as I am looking to have lower bills! Installation was easy and the display is clear and straightforward. I downloaded the LG app on my phone and can see how many minutes are left in the cycle without having to go down into my basement to check.

I bought this washer a week ago, I was disappointed with the washer, it did not come with hot/cold rubber hoses and the cheapest output thin plastic hose that you could find, the walls of the the washer were very flimsy painted aluminum which got bent while installation process which was installed with care. The bottom of the tub is all plastic. The drive motor is direct drive who knows how long that will last ? In other words the Company went out of there way to build the cheapest product ever and sell for highest dollar possible. I Have solemnly promised myself that I will never buy another LG Product or any other cheaply made product again. Lg can learn from Speed Queen washers about quality and durability.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The drum is huge and fits an extraordinary amount of laundry. It’s also extremely quiet, I honestly had to check to make sure it was running. Setup was very easy and balancing was not a problem. Vibration has been almost nonexistent and the spin is strong. I couldn’t get the test cycle to work, but my first real wash went well and everything came out very clean. I also noticed the spin cycle pulls more water out than my previous washer, which is a bonus. The downside is the “smart” setup, I had difficulty getting the Wi-Fi and app connection working and I still haven’t been able to complete it. The manual also seems a bit incorrect for my model. Great washer for capacity and quiet performance.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall, I am very happy with this washer that I received at a discount. It is so quiet, which I hope you can tell from the video. The remote phone option is interesting, but I'm not sure how often I would use it. I used a minimal amount of detergent and my clothes came out very clean on the first wash. I truly cannot believe how huge the drum is! I placed in my clothing and both of my daughter's clothing, plus a few items of my husbands and well it looked to be right at the fill line, once the water filled up we could've easily fit in a few more items if we needed to. I suspect this machine will cut down my loads per week in half, which I am thrilled about. The only minor complaint I have is that some of the clothes nearest to the agitator seemed to just be wrapping and unwrapping around it, so I'm not sure if that's normal or if there is a setting I need to adjust so that the entire wash basin spins more as well. Overall, this is a huge upgrade from our last machine and we are very happy with the opportunity to try it through Influenster.

The digital interface makes operation effortless, and it runs very quietly. The only downside is the agitator—it isn't very powerful and the spin cycle isn't as effective as I'd like.

I purchased the WT8205CW 3 months ago. There's NO delicate cycle, I cannot choose the water level like low, medium or high. Some computer genius thought the machine should choose that for me. There's NO soak cycle and some times my clothes are so filthy that I need an aggressive agitation cycle which doesn't exist on this machine. Overall, save your money and buy washer that has more versatility and flexibility with it's use and features. I'm selling my 8205 and buying a different brand. I am so very unhappy with this machine.
