I have another bird feeder camera and this one just blows it away. The 2 lens camera is really nice, along with the free bird identifier is a nice addition. I'm waiting to see if the other one that is now in store goes on sale.

Got this for the wifey for Mother's Day and she absolutely loves it. We didn't know there are so many different birds species in our area. It identifies the bird and you can live stream the cam as well which is also added security for our property.

Install and setup was quick and super easy. We already have other Birdfy products and knew the process. The next morning we were already getting videos and photos of birds. Where we set it up also serves and a motion camera for anyone pulling in and out of the driveway. A nice added bonus! So far, no squirrels or other unwanted visitors have been able to get to it. It’s been a couple months and we’ve had no issues with the camera or the feeder itself. The cameras are crisp and clear. The AI features are cool. The AI will tell you what kind of birds are visiting your feeder. Our family is very happy with the product!

This is really cool. I bought it as a Father's Day gift and we opened it today. I am extremely tech savvy and the reason I took off a star is that if you don't know what you are doing, this thing is so frustrating. The biggest issue I had, was the internet. My Eero is 5 ghz and this thing will only run on 2.5 ghz. I had to connect it to my "guest wi-fi" which was 2.5ghz. Only figured this out by Googling the Birdfy and Eero functions. The minute I turned it on, it needed a firmware update. Nothing works or updates till you figure out you need the 2.5 ghz. Then the update works. Prior to figuring all this out I would have told you that the screen is black, the app won't work, and the camera won't work. I didn't read through all the reviews but I bet it's the 2.5 ghz issue if someone is having a problem. The app is a little slow. I also have a somewhat blurry camera on the small one that zooms up close. Almost looks like I need to take a plastic cover off of it so I'll have to go check that later. Other than that, it truly does seem really cool and takes good videos and pictures! It also identifies the birds. I had two House Finches and a Cowbird visit right away. Never heard of a Brown Cowbird??

Camera never worked. Still trying to get a response from the customer who was supposed to send me a label to return the camera before sending a replacement. Still waiting on the label…. That was weeks ago. So I have a 200 plastic bird feeder.

Bought April 18 2026 won't charge April 28 2026 not a great design charging system bad costumer service!!!
