This is the better way to take your vitamins rather than swallowing some bland pill. It can also be a tasty small snack if you get hungry like I do between meals. It contains all 8 B vitamins to support healthy brain function. It seems like I forget more everyday now that I am older. It is free of artificial sweeteners, synthetic colors, and dairy allergens if those are a concern to you. This is a great product and I highly recommend it.
