Its a flavorable, and while they are easy to chew and swallow as apposed to the big pill , that goes with taking certain supplements. This product is free of High Fructose corn syrup,Artificial Sweeteners, Synthetic colors and Fish/crustacean shellfish, Dairy and Egg Allergens. The serving portion is 2 gummies per serving and they are delicious !

She takes these because it helps with the brain function she is older and she is forgetting things at times. I have been taking One a Day vitamins for years but this is the first time trying the gummies. The first thing I noticed was the smell of them,it is really strong and I am sorry to say that the taste is not much better.They need to add some flavoring or something as I could not take these no matter what I did. And you are suppose to take 2 and chew for 5 minutes? I could never...
