I've never taken multivitamins before because of the size of the pills. Ive always had trouble swallowing large pills. After reading reviews on One A Day vitamins I decided to go for the gummies despite the fact that some reviews say the taste is not that great. I am very finicky however, I was very surprised that I actually liked the taste and they are small too. I liked the texture as well they don't stick to your teeth lol.

I love One a Day Women's 50, I feel so much better. I can tell that my Immunity and Brain Heath has improved, wow this is the best multivitamin, I have ever had..and they taste so good,easy to take , I can't take large vitamins.

Best chewable woman's multivitamin with selenium in the vitamin so the vitamins will absorb completely into my body. “They” don't tell you that your vitamins must have selenium in them in order to absorb into your body. I just found this out and I am 43. I didn't see a big difference in my hair thickness.

I'm buying these because Equate vitamins are way too large, %26 difficult to swallow. I like the strength of B12, could be a little higher. But felt better after trying first bottle.

I buy these for myself and my elderly mother. How well do they work? I have no clue but take them irregardless. They actually don't taste too bad being a vitamin and we both seem to tolerate them well. One thing to point out…..I know One A Day has been around forever and they have a good reputation and feel safe to take these. But, isn't it a bit hokey they're called one a day yet you gotta take two??? Just saying……

they are easy to chew, definitely better than trying to swallow a horse pill.

I choose only gummy vitamins and supplements now, and these sre a lottle chewy. They do nit break down as easily as others.

I was a little sceptic about this product but I decided to try it now that I'm 55 I felt more energy in 2 days no joke ❤ I will purchase this product again in the future

I received the gummie vitamins when the average temps were in the high 90s. They must have melted during shipment because it was one big ball of gummies. It was not usable.
