Its a flavorable, and while they are easy to chew and swallow as apposed to the big pill , that goes with taking certain supplements. This product is free of High Fructose corn syrup,Artificial Sweeteners, Synthetic colors and Fish/crustacean shellfish, Dairy and Egg Allergens.
