I love these because sometimes I have trouble taking big pills. There are tasty, easy to chew and swallow. They are advanced multivitamins so you have everything you all of your daily needs along with brain support in 2 chews. The vitamins are a super 8 B vitamins. They are formulated to support six key areas of aging: heart, eye, immune and bone health, healthy brain function, and physical energy along with antioxidant vitamins A, C, and E. The only thing I did not like was the sugar content which is only 2 grams and they are 10 calories for 2 gummies. One A Day is a well recognized brand and has been around for many years. The One A Day 50+ g Gummies for Women are perfect for seniors to make sure they are getting their daily requirements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time user of One A Day and was excited to try these "gummies" instead of the pills but unfortunately these did not work for me. The smell to me was very unappealing but I gave them a chance for 2 weeks to test them out and had a after taste for hours after taking and continuous "burping". You take 2 a day which to me sounds 'weird' since they are called One A Day. For others (or many) they might work but I did not prefer and will go back to my other One A Day multivitamin I was using.

This is the better way to take your vitamins rather than swallowing some bland pill. It can also be a tasty small snack if you get hungry like I do between meals.
