Tv is great on streaming services and gaming but to be honest I really feel like its subpar on normal HD cable. Quite disappointed how it looks during sports even on 4K

Picture is good, but not as good as S95BA seen in store. Do not like remote as buttons are not illuminated and not all functions provided. Universal remote with lighted buttons would be better. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Samsung Neo QLED 4k is used as our main TV and we stream Netflix, Prime and HBO Max. The picture is crystal clear and the smart TV interface is great and easy to use. The sound is also amazing, it's like having a built in surround sound system. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new TV.

The tv broke within a year and a half and Samsung said they don't have any service techs that can help! It just didn't cut back on one day, what a waste of money! I also noticed later that the tv isn't really put together well, like the frame is coming apart! Crazy!

Takes a bit of adjusting to get the picture exactly right - worth tweaking depending on what you are watching. Pretty easy/intuitive to set up. Anything bigger and I would have trouble handling the set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV after my daughter cracked the screen of one my TV (Samsung 65" Class LED MU800 Series). I am significantly impressed with the quality of the image and the sound. Movies, soccer games, are at another level. The quality is far better than my old TV. One more thing, I like the new remote design where you can charge with power cable or the light from your light bulb or sun.

We highly recommend Samsung, especially the new streaming devices. What impresses us is the price of the cable for 1 year for our 13 year old Samsung was more than the price of the 55 inch QLED4K. Plus now there are so many features that make this TV a power house for entertainment, even going to the gym in your own living room!

I select either a movie, drama, sub-opera drama, sports, or a comedy show, that I like. Sometimes, I watch the news, and politics, to know what is going on around the country. Sometimes, I watch the world news, and the weather forecast. There are tons of variety of channels to select from. I just select one channel that I like, and be watching.

Kinda scare to see that happening ! But was a great investment and we are getting great family time on this COVID age!
