Broke in 4 weeks

After just 28 days, two lines of dead pixels appeared on the screen. Poor quality product.

Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test If this occurs on all sources and the picture test, please reach out to Samsung Customer Support so we can provide further troubleshooting assistance or begin warranty service. i pre-ordered this tv last year and got it early. the moment that i got it set up and turned on i was astounded. the quality of the 4k processing is amazing and the sound is pretty good coming directly from the tv.
