Happy with the picture quality in all light levels. Love the stand design and how it sets the TV height so that it accommodates the Samsung soundbar underneath the TV. User menu not intuitively easy to use. Sometimes frustrating. The TV should learn the user's source preference so that when other peripherals are turned off it switches automatically to that preference.

We had some issues with a weird smear across the bottom, but the help desk was amazing to deal with. They sent out a technician and the panel was switched out. It's been perfect since

We love our new Samsung tv it is so clear and has beautiful Color. It's almost like you're apart of the screen it's so clear and life like. We can even see the whiskers on a man's face so clear.

This is our third Samsung TV and we have been pleased with all of them. The new TV has a great picture and does an excellent job of up-converting from 720P and 1080P

right out of the box and from first power up you get an immediate feeling of quality. some minor tweaking and the experience of watching tv \ movies is outstanding. Watching Sports was a big factor for me and the level of detail is outstanding. Baseball- the clarity and vividness is impressive; Hockey- I was worried the puck would move to fast and it would either have a ghost effect or look pixeled. Nothing at all like that. The smoothness of the picture while watching and again the detail is impressive. Agree with some sites that say it's bright...It is very bright. The Black levels could be darker but i think this set is manufactured for watching items like I do. Glad I spent a touch higher to get this unit, it has been great and worth it.

TV works fine. Wish there was a printed manual for adjustments. Not being a techie I would like to be able to better understand what I am doing if I alter a setting. Worry about changing a setting then not being able to change it back if I'm not happy with the results later

I live in a condo that is very bright and was thinking of buying an OLED TV but was told that it wouldn't be bright enough for my viewing without closing my blinds. Unfortunately, I don't want to be doing that every time I want to watch TV. I was told to get the Samsung QLED TV which would be suitable for my bright room. They were correct, I was able to watch TV anytime of the day and I do love the auto dimming feature when there is less light in the room. Picture is crisp, clear and at the brightness to fit any ambient light.
