a priori, let me say that i suffer from a torn rotator cuff, arthritis and exhaustion, making frequent and vigorous application of the product problematic. so, i can't really say what my results would be if i were able to rigorously adhere to the suggested instructions. it does seem that i sleep more deeply, between bouts of restless legs and actual leg cramps, when i do manage to apply the product at bedtime. right now i'm in "wait and see" mode, and will probably reorder, just in case it actually is helping. may i suggest that if your leg cramps or restless leg do occur, despite correct use of the product, drink a teaspoon or two of white vinegar in ⅓ c. of water. it should cause the cramp to let go within minutes, and seems to enhance the effect of the product. or maybe the product enhances the effect of the vinegar. anyway, white vinegar is a godsend.

I have suffered with leg, feet, back, etc. cramps for a very long time and I have tried almost EVERYTHING to obtain relief without success. I was desperate for a product that worked and decided to try Theraworx, even though it was very costly for me. (Too bad the costs are so high.) IT WORKED!!!!! I am sooooo glad I tried it!!! So, I have started saving AGAIN to be able to purchase AGAIN!!! My ONLY complaint is the costs for SS recips.

Works nicely to calm aches as long as it is used before there is pain. It works best when you can feel something getting sore and use it right away before pain starts. Both my wife and mother in-law use it and regularly comment on how well it works for them!

I am so pleased with the relief Theraworx gives me from night time leg cramps. I am frequently awakened during the night with cramps that are so painful I have to jump out of bed to walk them off. Now I combine stretches and applying Theraworx at bedtime for a much improved night's sleep.

I had only recently begun to experience what I discerned to be upper thigh cramps when I saw an advertisement about Theraworx Relief Foam on T.V. I decided to send for the product but must admit to you that it made the sensation in my thighs 10 times more painful than before. I really wanted to give it a chance to work and had originally planned to use it for at least a week in order to be fair. However, it was so unpleasant, I could only use it once and have not tried it since. I would really like to try it again but have decided that I feel so much better without using it. I am certain it must be a great product from all the positive reviews, but just not for me. Juanita M.

I bought this & haven't used regularly! Got those HORRIBLE TOE CRAMPS/SPASMS THINGS...grabbed it when FINGERS & FOREARMS STARTED SPASMING! It was in box still so once got out, quickly into my hands like LOTION, RUBBED INTO FOREARMS WITH PALMS OF HANDS UP & DOWN COUPLE TIMES cuz FINGERS DIDN'T WORK...2 more PUMPS for FEET & TOES & BY NOW COULD use FINGERS to MASAGE INTO TOE AREA! & within... MAYBE 5 minutes they were gone! Has happened since, OF COURSE, on CALFS & WORKED FAST! I wish I could $ AFFORD to use it 2 TIMES DAILY! ESPECIALLY on TOES! But at least I know that it WORX! FAST! CONS: I DO HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION... HOW LONG BEFORE YOU CAN WASH YOUR HANDS &/or SHOWER??? Does HAVE UNPLEASANT ODOR FOR ME! & is STICKY.

While being extremely pessimistic about this product I ordered it anyway because of cramping severely. How surprised was I that it really appeared to work for me. While not totally eliminating the cramp it dampened it within a few seconds and then eventually the cramp went away. Much quicker than had been previously without the foam. I was truly surprised. While this product “worked” for me does not mean it will work for you.

At age 67, I get pretty severe cramped muscles in my hands (usually when driving) and in my calves and feet (usually when sleeping). I've applied Theraworx to these areas 4 or 5 times at the onset of a cramp and the cramp has been reliably alleviated with ten or 15 seconds. I'm not using the product as recommended, as the cramps are quite infrequent, but it is effective even when not regularly used. My rating is 4 out of 5 because of the short time I have used the product.

I bought this with high hopes as I have leg and foot cramps 4-5 times a week. I have been using it only when I have a cramp. It has worked quicker than any thing else I have used. I am going to start using it twice a day as I just read. The writing on the container is too small to really read very well.

IAt first I go relief almost immediately, but after about a week the cramping came back. I did find relief when I had a sudden night cramp, but I've gone back to using a menthol based product daily and it appears to be working better than the Theraworx.
