Hello, Yes, please consider using the product more often to help prevent cramps. (For me, I use 2 to 4 pumps, let it dry, then apply again) Please consider these tips and tricks on how to help your experience with Theraworx Relief... When you apply the product, please include the full muscle group, not just the typical point of cramping. For example, with your thigh, apply from the knee all the way to your hip/groin to cover the full length and breadth of the 4 parts of the quadriceps. Consider if you use other creams or lotions at the same time; they can act as barriers to our product working (even moisturizers, things like that)...something to be aware of. I have best results applying after a shower to dried, "clean" skin on my calves. We also recommend giving a little bit of "massage pressure" as you're applying the product. Keep rubbing it in until it is almost dry. Another point to keep in mind...wait for the product to dry before getting in bed, or putting on clothes...we've discovered that the fabric might be soaking up the product off the skin, reducing its effectiveness. The Instant relief from cramps

I am suffering from incurable Multiple Myeloma and the chemo treatment leaves me with terrible cramps. The painful aberration keeps me up most nights until I found out about Theraworx through the internet. The first time that I used it, I was awaken by horrific leg cramps, I cannot stand up. I immediately massaged Theraworx on the affected area and in less than a minute, the legs muscles relaxed and the pain disappeared; I was able to go back to sleep again. Since then, whenever I feel an onset of cramps, I massage the affected area with Theraworx and I do not have to suffer from muscle cramps.

This review is written in behalf of my wife who has MS and has a problem with cramps, especially in her legs when she is very active or sits still for too long a time. I spotted this product (Theraworx foam) back in spring of 2018. I was especially keen on finding such a product because we were trying to plan a trip for our 50th wedding anniversary but were concerned that the long trecks in a car would result in too many cramp episodes and make the car trip impossible. So we gave Theraworx foam a try and found that it works quite well. So well in fact that we toured Idaho and Montana in a rented car for eleven days straight. We actually covered 2,500 miles in that time span with many hours spent riding in our rental car and had a very memorable tour. Many thanks to Theraworx!! We cannot recommend this product too highly.

I purchased a few weeks ago. I'm not sure how long it is to take effect. I had a bad cramp inside my thigh I rubbed it in but cramp persisted. I finally went to Muscle Aid a powered drink from my chiropractor. I know it works but the combination finally caused the cramp to relax. It did work on my forearm and fingers.

I've purchased this foam in hope that I would be relieved from the constant muscle spasms and charley horses that I'm awakened by a lot of mornings. But I saw the lady on TV get one in her sleep then awake and put on some theraworx and she got instant relief as she goes back to sleep, she never got out of bed. I ordered this product, and used it several times during the night when I would wake up with cramps in my feet and legs for three nights straight and it didn't do any good at all, I followed the instructions very carefully and it didn't do any good for me.i was very disappointed because of what it cost.

I bought this about a month ago, used it every day since, for the first 2 weeks absolutely no cramps, then the last week cramps every night again. I have sever cramps in my feet that spreds my toes far apart or tosses them ontop of each other. This helps, but it has not totally gotten rid of these types of cramps.
