Ordered on September 18th, it arrived 6pm November 12th. The scalpers are crazy now. The system is as awesome as the reviews say. It comes with the console controls and all the necessary cords. I strongly suggest you get playstation plus, they are running an offer for 18 free games just for having a PS5. All of my PS4 hard drive and disk games works on it (the ps4 controller works on the ps5 for ps4 games only)

didn't get one but Walmart is trash!!!! literally hit placed order 30 times but kept getting kicked back to review order on repeat!!!!!!!!!! how is anyone supposed to purchase this dang thing! Walmart you're utter garbage and shouldn't do another console promotion again! You're obviously incapable of handling this! Thanks again for screwing me and I'm sure 1000s of other s who placed order but got kicked back to review screen and robot check!

This is by far the best gaming console out there rite now!!!! Hands down!!!! All these 1 stars ratings is from people frustrated that they can't get one, hey you snooze U loose people, no need for all that negativity, if u really want it go on offer up n pay that xxxxtra price LoL!!

Come on Sony!!!! This system is RIDICULOUS hard to get a hold of! If been staying up till 12 each night to try and get one and I have not been able to even seen the in stock sign! Make more please! I would give it a 5 star rating if they were easier to get. Sony I know you can do better! The PS4 was easier to get! Sony please make more

So I brought 2 PS5s.One from Bestbuy and one from Walmart. The one from Bestbuy came perfectly fine. The Walmart one came today and both the box it was delivered in and the PS5 box had been damaged and opened it looked as if someone went into the PS5 box. Walmart y'all need to do better.

All the sour grapes are wrong. Walmart had by far the best and least buggy process. They told us the times of releases, there were no bugs in the cart like other stores, just lag because of the millions clicking at the same time (unavoidable, you don't buy servers for a couple 5 minutes of crazy traffic) got it easy by clicking once right on time and waiting and having all my payment and shipping information in. Oh and the PS5 I'm sure will be amazing but it's not Christmas yet :P Dang this thing is big, but she's big and beautiful :)

I was lucky enough to secure a pre order from Walmart got it on launch day and the system hasn't fail to Surprise me there's a reason why is the fastest selling system out right now and the game line up is sick right out the back you get free upgraded GameStop getting the ps5-graphics are amazing games look so real very little sound when the disc is spinning how great is packed in as well Sony did an amazing job with the new system

I applaud how they handled the release and Black Friday online. It was sticky trying to get my hands on one however once I did the pick up process was smooth. The outermost of the package of PS5 was slightly torn. Have not plugged in or powered on system yet. This review is strictly for purchase/pick up review

Its a good one THANK GOD.. Very blessed to afford one, very very blessed too have a Good one... you reading this if you hadnt got one yet and are planning on getting one, dont stress you will get one, I'd recommend you get insurance just to be safe. God bless

I've now had my Playstation 5 since the 15th, and so far I'm loving the overeating Bugsnax out of it. I have had no issues with anything so far, and Astro's playroom may have the best "Hello. Welcome to your Playstation" experience. Highly Recommend this product.
