I thoroughly enjoy my ps5. I was happy I was able to get a pre-order back in September, I wish there were a few more Launch Titles that I actually had interest in, so far it's only Demon's Souls. I love the ability to instantly pick back up on a game and bypass the game's menu screens and the load times are very great. I like the microphone on the controller too. I don't like that there are still some TV apps like HBOMax that aren't available on Ps5 just yet, but that'll be fixed eventually. PS Collection is a great value if you didn't have a ps4 or never picked up a lot of the games in it. If you don't know what that is, subscribers of PS have instant access to 20 great ps4 games on their ps5 consoles. Certainly worth it, there are many games on it that I was interested in but never bought on Ps4, like Persona 5 or Mortal Kombat X. The new UI is pretty easy to use and I really like how easy it is to capture video while playing. A lot of things on the ps5 are things the ps4 had but much better and smoother. Very happy with my purchase.

This console is an absolute monster both in performance and size wise! Everything loads super quick on this console! The Dualsense controller is an absolute game changer! I couldn't be happier with the Playstation 5. The 4k and HDR is simply stunning!

Like the rest of North America, I tried and tried to get a PS5 on launch day. Although the Walmart app did not provide a positive purchase confirmation, an email confirmation claimed my order went through. A week later, BAM, PS5 in the house! Packaging not quite as glamorous as Series X. Setup is a cinch. I am new to Playstation, and creating a new account was clumsy, as some knucklehead used my email address for their childs account (how is that even possible?!). After a support chat, I am in business. Load times for games is nearly instant. But the star of the show is DualSense. The next gen controller is unbelievably cool! The console is extra large, but whisper quiet. I can also gold star recommend Demons Souls and Black Ops Cold War. Happy gaming!

The experience is more futuristic in a good way, controls feel nice, and the graphics make it more realistic. Easier to go from game to game or app to app, and for that reason the system is just awesome PERIOD! Delivery date was scheduled for January 8, 2020 but I received my delivery December 26, 2020. At first I was a little frustrated with the ordering process but with a lot of patience I was able to order my console after numerous attempts.

I absolutely love my PS5. The only thing negative I have to say about it is the storage. For an illusive next generation system it should've came with more storage so consumers didn't have to spend even more money for additional storage options. That's the only bad thing about the PS5. I'm overall impressed with my ps5, the graphics are awesome, controller is response and feels great in your hand, the console is a little big in my opinion but looks fantastic. So far its been running very smooth for me on Spiderman, madden, assassin's creed.

The system itself is awesome. The load times from the previous systems are improved, as well as the graphics, but the lack of PS5 games bring my review down slightly. The shipping was a bit questionable. The packaging is terrible and arrived a bit damaged. I was afraid to open and see a damaged Playstation. Also I didnt get updates for the shipment until it was delivered. Walmart needs to up the ante on packaging when it comes to costly items.

I was finally able to get one of these on the Black Friday drop. The PS5 is amazing and the controller makes gaming tons better. The adaptive triggers are even better than expected. The system is very quite and fast. A huge difference between my original PS4. Although it was very difficult to get, (I tried every time they dropped since they released) it is possible. Using the Walmart App is quicker than the website in my experience and keep clicking “Add to cart” until it no longer gives you the option. I was able to complete the checkout process 6 minutes after the console dropped this time around. You won't be disappointed when you are finally able to get one but definitely don't purchase from scalpers. These consoles will be easier to buy in a couple of months and the console itself is definitely not worth the extra $1,000 on top of the console's price itself. I haven't experienced any bugs with the console so far and may have been patched already. It's an awesome console overall.

This console is great. I came with a few games for kids and the picture detail is amazing. I was able to get one, which was great then, once it shipped, we got it 2 days later. It was shocking to get it so quickly and before Christmas!! Husband was ecstatic to say the least and has been playing it since.

I was hesitant to buy due to the upselling price, reviews from others not recieving their product, seeing several different consoles on sale from the same seller with different descriptions and prices, , not being able to contact the seller or leave a message, and the description making me believe it did not come with a controller. I also didn't believe I would get this at the estimated date after purchase. It arrived on time, in an unopened ps5 box, with the controller, AND the new Horizon Forbidden West download code. Based on the description alone, I had no idea that it would come with the game included. I've tested both the console, controller, and game code for weeks now and everything is working great! Dissapointed in the huge jump in price but 5/5 stars alone for being what I've been waiting for with a game included. I do recommend downloading the app of the shipping company (FedEx for example) and signing in just incase. I felt it was better to be safe then sorry to add my address to my order (even if Walmart and seller does so) and to track along with Walmarts shipping status.
