Since my old PS4 was broken since day one, I desperately need this. Delivery was smooth. The only issue I have with it was the package: two seals had been opened. The package itself wasn't open but that's the only gripe I have with it. Overall, I would totally recommend this!

It was solely due to the fact that Walmart advertised the times they would be releasing new stock that I was able to get one of these, and I was able to snag one about two weeks after launch (because everyone had a bad time with preorders). It involved the usual refreshing the page until I could add it to my cart but the fact that I didn't have to sit there all day long waiting for it really gets Walmart some respect from me since I knew when to start trying. As for the console itself, ridiculously fast startup, my games look really nice too (I also bought a brand new, bigger TV since my other was 12 years old). The slightly larger controller makes some of my rhythm games a little awkward, but it's just a small learning curve. If they tweak a few QoL improvements, it'll be better than the PS4 in every way. As someone who has a couple hundred digital games, the inability to hide them is a huge flaw, and the main menu navigation is a little weird as it feels like it requires more to get to the power menu (it did feel a bit more natural on PS4). It's not as easy to view trophies during gameplay, either. I also miss the ability to rate the games you've purchased, because it was nice to see what others thought of these things before buying. This thing is also remarkably big and heavy compared to a PS4. Overall I'm pleased, but if they address the minor issues I have with the PSN side of things, I'll be completely satisfied. I'm still rating five stars because I'm sure updates are incoming soon.

I have had luck getting the PS5 from Walmart. I have read some of the reviews and people can really nitpick sometimes. It all went smoothly. When the item shipped there was a tracking number and I know the day it would deliver. Since “Walmart” cannot control the exact time of the delivery I made sure to be home to ensure I did what I needed to do so I would receive my package when it was delivered.

This console is an absolute monster both in performance and size wise! Everything loads super quick on this console! The Dualsense controller is an absolute game changer! I couldn't be happier with the Playstation 5. The 4k and HDR is simply stunning!

I was finally able to get one of these on the Black Friday drop. The PS5 is amazing and the controller makes gaming tons better. The adaptive triggers are even better than expected. The system is very quite and fast. A huge difference between my original PS4. Although it was very difficult to get, (I tried every time they dropped since they released) it is possible. Using the Walmart App is quicker than the website in my experience and keep clicking “Add to cart” until it no longer gives you the option. I was able to complete the checkout process 6 minutes after the console dropped this time around. You won't be disappointed when you are finally able to get one but definitely don't purchase from scalpers. These consoles will be easier to buy in a couple of months and the console itself is definitely not worth the extra $1,000 on top of the console's price itself. I haven't experienced any bugs with the console so far and may have been patched already. It's an awesome console overall.

I luckily obtained a ps5 from Walmart online and the shipping expectation was Dec 2 but I got it Nov 22 which is great! The console wouldn't download any games at first but I was able to fix that and now I've been playing it for 7 hours straight and its simply amazing.

So I was incredibly happy to get the ps5 after trying for about a month. When I received it the outer box looked like the package had been thrown around. Free opening the ps box looked fine but when I opened the console I found a scratch the front black panel near the USB port. Since its cosmetic I didnt return it but it is something to look out for it you want a clean looking system. Other than that it works perfectly

Love it, Love it, LOVE IT!! It is great! Got this for myself and definitely was worth the trying so far. Game play has been pretty easy. Overall display is great. Love the backwards playing compatibility. It is pretty bulky in size, but overall everything is as I expected.

Only drawback is that its been tough to get a hold of. Be patient and persistent, everything about it is BIGGER. Better sound, better graphics, better controller response. Everything feels brand new, not a reboot. I got mine ordered from my cell.

I know that everyone has had a hard time getting this an giving multiple stores sites a hard time for not handling it right but what did everyone expect when they are only a few million consoles for sale and 10s of millions of people trying to get them?? Anyways, I managed to get lucky and snag one of these on the Black Friday release and it has been awesome since I was able to pick it up a few days after that. It has been well worth the wait and I couldn't be happier with the console.
