Ordered it on 3/4/21 using the Walmart app and it arrived via FedEx on 3/7/21. The PS5 is wonderfully built and and features amazing graphics and speed. It was easy to setup and transfer my PlayStation network account to it. The ability to watch 4K Blu-rays on it is well worth the extra $100 for the disk version.

Worth the hype indeed. The controller alone stands alone from all the rest. And I have handled each and every one. Blowing into the controller to get things to work? Rolling it to make the monkey swing around the trapeze? The audio coming out of the remote....not to mention the graphics. Simply put...amazing

Everything you expect from a Playstation and more. Controllers are better than ever with new features and smooth operation. Graphics are phenomenal. Currently playing Ghost of Tsushima and the SSD is as responsive as you could ever hope for. Have Astro A-50 headset running optical sound through an HDMI Optical Extractor and the sound is beyond compare. Yep, it is everything you would expect a next gen Playstation system to be. You can tell.they did their homework.

The system itself is another half baked PS4 Pro, but with a workout routine and a balanced diet. All jokes aside, I love the better graphics, even though PC has had access to it for years. The response time is phenomenal, considering they don't lack on software like that intentionally do on Last gen. Why so sour? Got lucky and beat the bots on 11/25 in the second wave. Just picked it up today 11/29 and must say this console is way better then the ps4 pro. Load times are way quicker and the smoothness and graphics on my LG Nano 120hz are way better then the ps4 pro. Keep trying people, these consoles are worth it if you can finally get one.

I can't believe I manged to get a ps5 from Walmart. :) package arrived sooner than expected which is very satisfying for me. Package was a bit open though anyone who picked it up could of seen that it had a ps5 inside and of possibly stolen it luckily that didn't happen. Btw it was the box package not the ps5 box that was open. Overall I was very satisfied and happy that my order got here earlier and fast. :)

Walmart allowed for ordering with designated times compared to most other retailers which did not (at least on launch day). They delivered quickly and the product is as described. I'd give it 5 stars, but the ps5 froze on one game in the first hour of playtime forcing a hard restart. Otherwise it seems to work great.

Just received the PS5 after a purchase date of March 4th. The looks of this ne console are good but especially more so if it is vertical. Set up ours horizontal, it does come with a foot that snaps on to the rim for horizontal positioning or a screw through the foot for vertical positioning. The controller is the star of this gaming system, paired with a newer PS5 friendly game it is as interactive as it gets. Sounds and vibrations are heard and felt from the controller as you run through the game. The interaction is really something to behold. As far as game play on old PS4 games it's business as usual. Graphics are sharper and game play a little smoother. The console is whisper quiet especially compared with PS4 and doesn't get nearly as hot. For all those like me who couldn't wait to get their hands on one, my advice is to wait until they become more readily available. You aren't gaining much from PS4 unless you have the games already for PS5.

I got lucky to get one PS5 on the launch day. It was schedule to deliver on Nov 26 but arrived early on the 18th. The PS5 worth the buy. Quick load time and graphics, controls are nice experience and the upgrade for FIFA 21 and Spiderman for PS5 looks great. Thanks Walmart.

Really great console. Was glad to finally be able to get this out of pure luck. The PS5 is fast, it's sleek, and it's quiet. You really need a good TV to enjoy just how great of a picture it can deliver. Even a good 4K UHD tv with hdmi 2.0 will still give you a great picture. Anything below, definitely recommend an upgrade. One thing to note, your controller may stop working properly rather soon. It is an unfortunate reality. My controller started to drift on the analog sticks and the touchpad and options button kind of gave out. So be ready to get a new controller just in case. Other than that, the console works great and definitely recommend.
