So the console is great and it came as advertised but still charging people double cause your company got ahold of it and held on til after major retailers sold out..boo. this was not sold by Walmart

I can't play for more than 30min to an hour without it crashing and freezing, forcing me to unplug it from the wall and restart with it rebuilding database and potentially corrupting my files. I want my money back. Sony has been silent

After 3 years and so many epic fails trying to get one, I finally got a PS5 of my own! This store was great, quick shipping and it was brand new, unopened.

Great console, but showed up like someone had already played it. If it was open box, I should at least get the discount. Received like the photos below.

I like it a lot. I now have a reason to send my wife to bed alone. I stay up with buddys playing games together. Just like we used to before our wives came along. Friendship prevails. Thanks PS5

Keep trying, I got mine and it is definitely worth all the hype and patience. Of course there is probably going to be the occasional software issues, but the hardware isn't at fault, do not return due to something that can be fixed with a software update. I recommend you get the new call of duty as well!

Excited about it! First console I have gotten since Xbox 360! My siblings will be ecstatic! Only issue is I felt like a worker tampered with the box and tried to see what was inside. Not sure if this was done by a Walmart employee or Lasership delivery.

I wish I had gotten it the day it released, but ofcourse bots took over this year. I was lucky enough to get one on black friday and i gotta tell you, it is 100% worth being patient and constantly trying on Wal-Mart and Target. If you dont have one already, just be patient and your time will come. Please do not pay $900-$1500 for this because once we do that, all the bots r only going to get stronger and take more ps5's!

Quite literally doesn't work. Couldn't even finish an initial setup before the system began crashing repeatedly. Changed power sockets, checked every cord, ran in safe mode, "rebuilt" database twice, and every other troubleshooting method Sony had to offer. System still can't stay on for longer than a couple minutes before crashing. Huge waste of money and time.
