So the console is great and it came as advertised but still charging people double cause your company got ahold of it and held on til after major retailers sold out..boo. this was not sold by Walmart

I can't play for more than 30min to an hour without it crashing and freezing, forcing me to unplug it from the wall and restart with it rebuilding database and potentially corrupting my files. I want my money back. Sony has been silent

After 3 years and so many epic fails trying to get one, I finally got a PS5 of my own! This store was great, quick shipping and it was brand new, unopened.

First of all I was surprised to even acquired a PS5 during the holiday season so thank you Walmart. After a month with the PS5 playing the latest PS5 games and PS4 games boosted performance, it's very fast, smooth and whisper quiet and after hours of gaming it doesn't have a single problem. 5 stars.

Husband is loving the Spider-Man game and story line along with this console! PlayStation outdid themselves! Keeps the kids entertained as well and a mom a break! Speed is great and setup was easy, Call of Duty was put to use. Was ordered March 18th 2021 and was delivered April 9th 2021 from Northampton,PA to California. A day later than previously disclosed, but better late than never!

Amazing console Next Gen graphics are truly amazing although I have 2 suggestions on most games ( Ex: Spider-Man Miles Morales) you have to choose between ray-tracing and performance mode I think that they should put both together. Also wish it came with 1TB instead of 825GB we in 2021

Keep trying, I got mine and it is definitely worth all the hype and patience. Of course there is probably going to be the occasional software issues, but the hardware isn't at fault, do not return due to something that can be fixed with a software update. I recommend you get the new call of duty as well!
