The PS5 is fantastic. I love the system and the exclusive are beautiful. Walmart.com however, is terrible. The whole ordering system is flawed and allows scalpers/bots to steal systems to sell at other sites. I was miraculously able to get one two weeks after launch via the sight; but it was luck, pure and simple. Need a better security layer for future customers

An great console. But its still a waiting game to get the console. I was lucky to get one. With the help of my family to get one. I use this to watch anything on it as well play video games on it. It isnt easy to get one. If you can get one good for you. Am sorry for those that couldnt get one.

Amazing console Next Gen graphics are truly amazing although I have 2 suggestions on most games ( Ex: Spider-Man Miles Morales) you have to choose between ray-tracing and performance mode I think that they should put both together. Also wish it came with 1TB instead of 825GB we in 2021

When I received my PS5 the box was ripped open like someone was looking to see what it was in the box. The box was so mishandled even the PS5 box was damaged. Fortunately the system itself was not damaged but for what you pay $500 for walmart needs to be more careful on how they handle their stock. Check out the pictures for yourself.

So far so good, was hesitant to get one for this much and was REALLY hesitant to buy it based on where it's shipped from.. BUT it arrived unscratched and working fine.... box was a little damaged but it works nice over all. Download speeds are CRAZY!

First of all, I am EXTREMELY pleased with Walmart's logistics for this item. Obviously, the process of pre-ordering or ordering this item has been difficult for many, as it was for me. However, once I managed to get an order in on September 17th, it was smooth sailing. This was my first time pre-ordering a high demand item from Walmart and I had no expectations to receive it by launch day, but am thrilled that I did. Kudos Walmart, you seem to have done better than many other retailers in coordinating this launch. As for the product itself, it is absolutely wonderful. The controller and system feel premium, the SSD provides insanely fast loading times, and the next generation graphics upgrades on many older games breathe new life into them. I have been having a wonderful time with the PS5 and can't wait to play more games as they come out. One con I might add, however, is that nothing can truly prepare you for how large this console actually is. The PS5 absolutely dwarfs my PS4 pro. It barely fits into my TV media center and takes up an incredible amount of space when laid on its side. However, this con does not detract a star from the product because the size of the PS5 means that it can remain extremely quiet, unlike my PS4 Pro which sounded like a fighter jet about to take off when I booted up Red Dead Redemption 2. Overall a fantastic product. I highly recommend you get one if you like experiencing true next-gen gaming.

The PlayStation itself came in good shape and works wonderful! The package came a little later then quoted and the box was banged up on the sides and ripped a little. The PlayStation was not broken though! It was really hard to find a PS5 online and we finally got our hands on one. The delivery was smooth but wish that it was delivered on time and not ripped up.

I decided i wasn't going to wait any longer to find a PS5 at retail price for all the times of wasting my time searching with no luck! The only somewhat negative of my PS5 purchase, was the price. Paid a few dollars short of double retail prices BUT for this reason i was actually able to find one and buy it. Shipping was great, I did pay extra for faster shipping because of the worry of it being damaged during shipping. When it got to my house the box was in perfect shape and the console itself is well protected in the box.

First of all I was surprised to even acquired a PS5 during the holiday season so thank you Walmart. After a month with the PS5 playing the latest PS5 games and PS4 games boosted performance, it's very fast, smooth and whisper quiet and after hours of gaming it doesn't have a single problem. 5 stars.

I feel lucky to have purchased this through one of Walmart's timed sales. I like many had a hard time getting the item to a cart for purchase. It just happened after extreme persistence with my browser and until I actually got he email confirmation and then finally delivered to my home was my mind put at ease. Many have given the PS5 a bad review because of Walmart's online shopping experience. Reading the hundeds of complaints, knowing I was just as frustrated trying to get this system, assured the purchasing system of new releases is broken in all retail outlets. And to see these consoles on eBay at double the price and I even saw an add on offer up, locally in my city that had stacks of these in a living room for sale for a high price. Clearly insiders such as employees are taking advantage, and sites not limiting quantity was clearly an issue. But Sony definitely dropped the ball and misinformed about how many of these PS5's were actually going to be available at launch. Retail outlets needs to offer a fair advantage of getting products to their customers. I got nowhere on Amazon, Best Buy and Target. So I am giving Walmart 5 stars, because despite their online system was frustrating, I am just a common customer who was able to obtain the PS5, out of all the the other retailers, and maybe it is because Walmart secured their inventory from being bought out by a single employee, or scalper. No way would I stand in line outside a store, so thanks Wamart for making it somewhat possible to get a PS5 online.
