I love my PS5, they're pretty swift with the delivery time, very careful with the item while it was being delivered. The only bad thing is that the price was too high. Now I understand that with the shortage of PS5'S the price would be rise higger than normal but I think the amount they're asking for is a lil extreme. Overall very happy with product and delivery services.

I absolutely love it. I purchased it on March. it was tough but I got it on the 4th wave of the walmart restock. It looks great and functions amazing. I did add a few cool things to it like the PS logo on the remote and system and also some grips that will also help keep dirt off the remote

Sony! Maybe you should have made more than 12 before releasing this console. And the aesthetics are kinda lame. Release the black covers already. Otherwise, it's a great console. Controller is very nice, graphics are super for a $500 price point.

I ordered 12/17. Dont give up! Thank you Walmart for stopping the millions of bot attempts and thank you to Muhammad at customer service for succeeding his attempt in ensuring my console to deliver before the my delivery date (1/13), which allowed my to enjoy my console to the fullest this weekend. Sony did NOT disappoint. The PS5 is fast, efficient and runs all your games at a steady and firm frame rate making sure your experience is that much more fun and an overall better gaming experience. The dualsense was just mind boggling to play with and Astros Playroom and Black Ops Cold War really took advantage of the features which fully makes gaming much more immersive AP for instance the difference from walk on sand, grass or swimming you really feel the tensions of how itd actually be in real life. Cold War uses different triggers sensations for different weapons. I cant wait to expand my PS library (now at 100 thanks to PS ) with the next gen games that will undoubtedly be amazing. Came ahead of time and this console is beast. You can tell right away it's an upgrade from the ps4. But I wouldn't stress it. If u can't get your hands on it just wait. Although smoother and run faster your not missing out on much. Not a lot of games are on it your going to be playing the same ps4 games so relax people

Amazingly fast!!! Great product. Got the ps5 on release date and it's been amazing. Graphics are good and everything loads fast. Able to switch from media to games instantly. Such a great upgrade from the PS4. Don't believe the reviews. Everyone is mad they couldn't get it so they leave bad reviews. Not even Sony fault. Supply and demand on top of COVID-19. What did everyone expect? Everyone to get one?

This system is more amazing than I couldve imagined. Its super fast loading games and the controller is the best I have ever used. The next gen graphics to me are impressive. Some say its not a major jump but I feel that its definitely noticeable and impressive

I purchased the PS5 about two or three weeks ago and it works great. It only took two days to get to my house from the day I ordered it. So super fast shipping. The box did come a little open tho. But the box inside was not damaged. Quick loading times for games and nice graphics. So glad I was able to get my hands on one.

This is the first PlayStation Console that we have had and the initial hooking up and start up for this unit was easy and quick. The instruction manual that came with the console was clear, concise and easy to understand. After a short check for any updates and having those updates downloaded and installed the game was ready to play. This particular console seems to be very user friendly and easy to play. The remote control unit is nothing like we've seen or used in the past (xbox family.) All in all this gaming console really has exceeded expectations. Well done Sony! As for Walmart, and this purchase, other than having such a hard time scoring the console because of it's demand being so high the store came through in quick order. I was given a delivery date of no later than January 9, yet the item came to us on December 27th. Now that's what I call great customer service.

in my case I have 4k tv qled plus hadmi 4k plus the ps5 makes a very good and strong mix of graphics c looks very realistic, the texture is very real and the hdr tmb colors and it runs 120hz too and the most impressed control is still very good and technological feel the next generation..
