This is one of the best consoles out right now, The adaptive triggers are awesome and loading time is top notch. I got many exclusives included with the Ps5 if you have Ps Plus. I have the Xbox Series X also but I prefer the Ps5, and it's better in my opinion.It is really worth the hype, and I recommend this Console to anyone

Walmart out did themselves! When I was lucky enough to snag one, it said it wouldn't arrive till January 8. Here I am December 23 with the PS5 under the tree for the kids! And I didn't pay a ridiculous amount from these bots and scalpers. Thanks Walmart

Don't let the negative review fool you, I was sketchy at first because of the bad reviews but I decided to give it a go since my ps4 died but it came in on time and in great condition too and I'm not the type of person to leave a review but this one deserves it.

Delivery Process can be updated and explained more frequently, but the PS5 is an amazing product that is love at first sight if you're a hardcore PlayStation fan, if not it'll look like a WiFi router, and play like the greatest console in existence, surpassing most PCs also

`Amazing out the box, just made me feel really happy inside unwrapping it. I got a bug by accident but it was my fault for unplugging it as soon as I started the ps5 up. easily fixed if you just hard reset the ps5 and when it wakes up it'll be working. only problem with this is that you lose astro plays room ;(. Oh and I played apex on it before leaving for school and ahhhhhhhh so smooth and the controller is astounding.

I have been playing since Day 1 of US release and the only problem, hardware-software-wise, that I have experienced is if I don't wait a while (3-5 minutes) before putting the console into Rest Mode from the home screen, then it shuts down instead and tells me I did not power off the console properly. Other than that, I have played GodFall, BOCW, WZ, and Destruction All-Stars and I have only had game issues from WZ and BOCW.

It was a hassle to order because of the PS5 craze happening in the world during the global shortage, but I am happy I got the console. Walmart shipped it quickly once everything was approved. Shipping only took 1-2 days and about 2-3 weeks of processing.

It's a great game console. However, I overpaid for it, and I wish they didn't charge extra for it. I paid about $700 Dollars before tax to get this game console. I believe, but I'm not sure that the msrp for the PS5 I got is $499. If this business would have charged $499 then I would have given it a 5 star rating. Also, I wish the product would have came in 2 days.

Got my ps5 8days late , for it to be broken And know have to return it. It was new but when I went to turn it on or download a game or play it all it did was come up with a overheating warring. I wish they would do a Exchange. Know I have to wait for a refund.

The PS5 itself is a delight. It arrived in pristine condition and runs wonderfully. My complaints are that the expected delivery date was 2 days and my order was delayed for two weeks, so I should expect Walmart to update the estimated delivery time frame to reflect more accurately based on their available stock; the PS5 box arrived in a larger Walmart box with no padding to keep it from banging around inside and potentially damaging the system—mine suffered no damage, but I do take issue with the lack of care; and lastly, the purchase did not come with a charging cable for the controller, so I've had to use a spare USB-C cable in the meantime, which I find to be a very inconvenient oversight. Overall, the product is precisely as advertised and well worth the poor service experience, but I do wish Walmart would take more care to set the right expectations and show a little more attention to preserving the quality of the merchandise they ship out.
