Took a while to get the opportunity to purchase the ps5. But definitely worth taking time out of my day to go online and try my luck at getting one in my basket to ship to me. Quite a few times I lagged out, but I kept trying until I was successful upon getting through to the final stage. Would recommend using a laptop or computer since those seem to be more stable when trying to buy items during these fast releases. From my experience phones tend to freeze up more causing more frustration. Also, I'd recommend making sure your WiFi is good before the times the items are back in stock otherwise restart your internet and hopefully it's up and ready. The delivery was a 4/5, my only issue is that I wasn't notified when my package came but at least it was in another box. Good luck to those that are trying to secure these consoles and stay positive about getting the console. The console runs really smooth with a very futuristic design to it. Absolutely love the feel of the controller and the speed in which it loads and downloads games/updates.

I give it a 4 because the only game I play is just dance and even if you have a camera, you still have to hold your phone to dance! I thought it would be like the Xbox 1 and would just pick up movements, but it doesn't. While I understand the camera is separate, I feel like for the price the system should have some type of feature like the Xbox 1 in that regard. Other than that it's good. My husband actually plays games on it and he likes it. Graphics are good, controller is cool. It vibrates and sounds like a speaker. The system is pretty fast for downloading games. I was just disappointed that it did not work like the kinnect on Xbox one. The only purpose the camera serves to my knowledge is videoing yourself while playing the game. Idk, but overall, I would recommend. I know it also plays ps4 games too, so that's cool.

I received the item pretty late after the date walmart promised. I had an issue with fed ex because I watched the fed ex man throw my parcel onto the porch. I've reported it to both companies and am waiting on a reply. for the merchandise: the PS5 is very high quality. the controller has increased in size and weight from the ps4. Good changes for sure! the console is HUGE! make room for it. it is super tall and wide. games load quick. all programs open and close smoothly. the feedback on the controller is amazing. I have nothing negative to report. hang in there and keep trying to score one. it is worth it. I was not willing to pay scalper prices so I spent many hours online and followed restock using the hotstock app, restock alerts on Twitter and email.

It came right on Christmas Eve, earlier than expected. I love it. It looks amazing, great features. Controller feels sooo sleek. Games look great. Even the sound is great. (still using the ps4 small headset piece). Didn't realize the controller had a mic built in which is nice (you can turn on/off). Overall very happy! Still trying to figure out features/settings

I went from a early release PS4 that was on its last leg to a PS5, Its light years faster. The haptics in the controller are amazing. Shipped super fast and got it in a couple days. I was one of the lucky ones that grabbed it during one of the timed drops. PlayStation and the retailers could of done a better job with supply and demand of the product.

This is a fantastic console you need to get your hands on. You dont have to worry about building a pricey P.C. bc the refresh rate on this console makes for easy and smooth gaming without the strongest wifi. Its absolutely amazing and never glitchy. I was between this and building a P.C. and Im so glad I made this decision even tho it sold out in 5 minutes. This is so powerful and Walmart has amazing 2 day super fast shipping! My package arrived perfect. Thanks so much Walmart!

The Dual sense is mind blowing and amazing how they did it. The load times are insane and I was shocked and so was my best friend. Couldn't believe the console can as well track the hours you spent in a game and kept it from ps4 when it wasn't even a thing yet and still was able to track it. The box was a bit torn when I opened the package and looked like a factory worker forgot to tape it right and was crunched at the too a bit but I'm glad it's still in one piece. The “adaptive triggers” were making me curious on what that exactly is and oh my lord let me tell you how cool it is and is a bit tough to pull the triggers adding resistance to it and the motion controls that are already built in without a camera. Sony out did themselves and it's ridiculous how people give it a bad review for not getting it. Trust me y'all will get it soon when Sony drops the massive 10 million units, I was able to get this through the app is I suggest using that instead of the website that can't handle millions upon millions of clicks. But again this console is the best yet by far and I'm so happy to own it and can't wait to customize the plates and see different controller variants and even a new VR coming soon!

Awesome console!! My kids love the PS5, what kid wouldn't, but my husband and I love it just as much! We are now a family of gamers and have found a great way to spend some family time with our kids. Graphics are amazing!! The console is a bit bulky and I wish I laid on its side easier, but no complaints! I'd buy another if they weren't so hard to come by still!

I managed to get this system for my bf at 9pm on the 25th. As soon as the clock turned 9, I waited 10-15 seconds and went right to the checkout with complete ease. I guess while everyone else was getting kicked off in the first few seconds (including my bf) I waited and was lucky. He loves the system. One helpful piece of advice: wait a few seconds after the drop so everyone whose been jumping the gun can get kicked off and you have that small window of opportunity to slip in there and get it while they're refreshing the “oh deer” page...

Great new next gen console, though all of its capabilities have not yet been unlocked by PS it's still pretty amazing. Have been playing AC Valhalla and Cyberpunk 2077 on it a lot. The games run smooth and fast with minimal loading time. If you have trouble with the Walmart website just keep refreshing and trying eventually you might just luck out and get one!
