I was super nervous about buying this because I've never purchased a console before.. I was worried about getting potentially scammed (especially after reading some of the reviews). But I bit the bullet and this listing is legit!! My boyfriend was so happy with the PS5 - it was completely brand new and arrived in 4 days. The box DID come a little beat up (corner was a bit crushed and torn) but the PS5 accessories were in perfect condition. I'm so glad I was able to finally get my hands on one!

After having this product for almost an entire year, I can say this is a very noticeable improvement from the 4. Controller is better (feeling and responsiveness), some exclusive games that are out right now (9/23/21) do take advantage of the systems hardware (although not the full capability). My only problem with the console is that to get it, I had to stay up daily for about a week just scrolling through twitter or other social medias that had news about restocks of the console. I'm currently trying to get a series x right now, and it's even harder since some of the scalpers have had time to fine tune their bots to snatch every single stock of the product. what a amazing system words can't describe how amazing and great this system is and wasn't too hard to get one. just have to keep adding it to your cart until it goes into your cart. don't EVER leave the add to cart screen until you get one in your cart.

The rating is not for the PS5, but for its delivery from FedEx. The external box and the Sony box both had water damage. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the console, but you don't expect that a $500 purchase would arrive in that condition

the process was smooth. after actually being able to put it in my cart. it came a lot earlier than estimated. the system is great, I am coming from a ps4 pro so the graphics I havent noticed as much as I do the new controller. that takes it over the top and makes it feel really next gen

Are there boys and hackers out there? Probably so but i am not one and I managed to snag a console by trying over and over and over again. Everyone giving negative reviews to the product simply because they couldn't buy one. Seems a bit petty to me.

The PS5 is amazing. I was able to purchase it on Walmart and have been been playing it for weeks. It is so much nicer, faster, and extremely well thought out. The buying process was frustrating but I decided to keep it instead of selling it. And I was glad that I did.

We've had it for almost a year now. Enjoyed it so much more than the PS3. Only disappointment isnt really a PS5 issue but more game development; its difficult to find multiplayer/split screen games. Seems like we need a second console to play with my kiddos.

I like my system. I haven't experienced any issues. The system has been quiet. I do have to get used to new interface. (That's not a negative) Oh yeah, and remember to mute the mic that's built into the controller if you're goofy like me during online multi-player games.

The package ended up being delayed by 3 days, proceeded to get delivered to the wrong address, the box was damaged where one side of it was completely caved in. The outer box to the console was also damaged because of this even though the box has the explosive battery sign on it (because it can probably be dangerous) but it looked like they kicked it around for fun. It was just really disappointing when something costs so much money to be completely disregarded. Console ended up working good though. Finished setting it up and it is just as fast as my PC loading up games from its SSD. Only big thing is the delivery and how the boxes ended up damaging because they got my money and past that couldn't care less.
