Awesome console!! My kids love the PS5, what kid wouldn't, but my husband and I love it just as much! We are now a family of gamers and have found a great way to spend some family time with our kids. Graphics are amazing!! The console is a bit bulky and I wish I laid on its side easier, but no complaints! I'd buy another if they weren't so hard to come by still!

amazing console it took some time to snag one but I'm glad I got it. the dualsense technology on the controller truly is an amazing function. The console looks slick and plays games very well and I love the updated graphics that the console produces. the backwards compatibility is great as it allows you to continue playing your old games until an updated library comes out with a larger variety of games. Highly recommend keep trying to snag one and you'll be glad you put the effort in.

I love my new ps5!!! Sure was worth the wait and all the fighting the scalpers and bots! But finally I get my victory! Best system ever! I can't wait for cyberpunk on this system. Demon souls is epic on this and I am about to try cod5. Best gift for sure!

I've tested Spiderman and Demon Souls, both are incredibly more detailed, fast, and smooth. Fast download times greatly improved experience. I heard some say you may not notice a big difference if you were playing on ps4 Pro, I have 45 games played (finished most) on pro, ps5 is a huge leap foward. I gave PS5 4 stars instead of 5 for these reasons: 1. It's big and heavy, I don't think anyone wishes for technology to be bigger and heavier, not sure what Sony was thinking? I guess we'll wait for ps5 Pro to lose some weight. 2. I read many complaints about the disc reader, I too had a game get stuck in the drive making weird clicking noises on all my attempts to troubleshoot both manual and by software. Finally after seeing a tip, I changed position from vertical to horizontal, problem solved! I recommend standing ps5 in side position, it runs cooler too. I'll grin and bear the rookie mistakes to enjoy such an amazing upgrade in gaming, I'm sure Sony will improve.

For all those saying it isn't possible to get one from Walmart, it is possible, difficult but possible. I got mine at the 9pm time slot on launch day, November 12th. Waited to write my review for a bit because everyone was talking about all the defective ones so I wanted to make sure mine was fine. Mine works perfect. It was packaged well, no damages or dings and it came a full week early than delivery time. Graphics are sick with my 4k TV and Black Ops Cold War looks awesome. The system is very quiet except for when you have a disc in when the game starts up, then it is silent. No overheating, freezing or errors. Overall the system is great, looks good, runs good and a big upgrade from PS4. So glad I got one when it released. Definetly what I expected and the true definition of next gen gaming.

The PlayStation 5 is definitely Next Gen gaming! The new DualSense controller is PHENOMENAL, it is something that I have never experienced before with console gaming. The graphics and gameplay in the PS5 is smooth and as realistic as ever. Also, the titles that launched with the console have been enjoyable! The only downside, if any would be how large the console is, it was credited to the dynamic cooling features of the console, so I guess that is acceptable. I definitely am happy I purchased this console, once everything dies down with the hype, so many people will be able to experience this greatness and I am excited for them!

I have owned every Playstation system throughout my life. Sony did a great job with 5! To me the UI, Graphics, speed, and games are all important. The UI is fresh and stunning. However, there is no web browser which is important to me as having that enables me to almost cut out the use of my PC for any of my entertainment needs. Browser NEEDS to be brought back. I was also hoping for more personalization in the UI. Unless I am missing it I see no where to create my own custom backgrounds (screens hots for my games like I could with the PS4)or the ability to add whatever apps I want for easy access on my homescreen. The graphics definitely look good and are an improvement. I have been used to such large leaps in graphics and am a little bummed to not see it again, but right now I think that graphics are at a momentary peak as it is. The UI is a bit confusing to get around but I think that will get better with use. The speed is incredible. no more waiting and fear of freezing or crashes just because you want to go to the dashboard to adjust a setting or accept an invite. this was a much needed change! The exclusive games PS has are, in my opinion, superior to other consoles and I hope they keep them coming! I have had my system for a few days and have put in about 30 hrs of gameplay. It has gone into rest mode with game running in background and have had no issues yet. Overall Sony did a great job and hope they have some updates to help make it even better!

Took a while to get the opportunity to purchase the ps5. But definitely worth taking time out of my day to go online and try my luck at getting one in my basket to ship to me. Quite a few times I lagged out, but I kept trying until I was successful upon getting through to the final stage. Would recommend using a laptop or computer since those seem to be more stable when trying to buy items during these fast releases. From my experience phones tend to freeze up more causing more frustration. Also, I'd recommend making sure your WiFi is good before the times the items are back in stock otherwise restart your internet and hopefully it's up and ready. The delivery was a 4/5, my only issue is that I wasn't notified when my package came but at least it was in another box. Good luck to those that are trying to secure these consoles and stay positive about getting the console. The console runs really smooth with a very futuristic design to it. Absolutely love the feel of the controller and the speed in which it loads and downloads games/updates.

Amazing console with a great new look and a comfortable controller. Only reason I took a star is because Walmarts shipping is the most stressful and crappy shipping I've ever dealt with. Never will I purchase something of this magnitude off here to be shipped again. Maybe pickups but definitely not shipped.

My experience essentially wasnt a delightful one, however, Im glad the issue was addressed in a timely manner. The gap in my experience wasnt directly related to Walmart, however, it involved FedEx. We a delivery date is set, it is an expectation that it is received in a timely manner. Same as though its an expectation for an employee to come into work on time with receiving a write. Furthermore, I appreciate Walmart service provided. Thank you
