After looking at a number of grills by different manufactureres, we decided on the Char-Broil Infrared. I thought it matched up best with the way I have been used to grilling. I have not been disappointed. The very first time I fired it up the food was cooked just exactly the way I wanted. The best part, though, is that it has been even better as I learned how to really use it.

The infrared option is GREAT! I have used propane grills for years, and they would always flare up on my meat causing burnt meat. I have used this grill for quite some time now, and it grills all of my food perfectly! No flare ups!! I highly recommend this version!!

I have had this grill for a few months now. It is by far the best grill I have ever used. Easy to clean with out any scrubbing. Everything just wipes off. As well it evenly cooks all foods in good time with no flames coming needing to be controlled. Would strongly suggest this grill to anyone one looking to buy a great grill for the patio!!!

I am still learning about how to properly cook on my grill, but over all am very satisfied with the results I am getting so far. It is very different than a regular gas grill mainly in the fact that there are no flare ups. It seals the juices in with a nice browning effect instead of getting burned and black. I also purchased the rotisserie attachment and it worked perfect, the chicken was evenly brown and juicy.

I bought this grill about a month ago and I'm happy with it, so far. It was rated good on Consumer Reports, which is one of the reasons why I bought it. It takes some getting used to the 'infared' cooking style but the meats definitely come out better. I'm hoping to get a few good years out of this grill!

I've had my new Char-Broil over 6 months and use it almost every week. The last two grills I've owned were a premium brand name and cost much more. I bought this one based on Consumer Reports recommendation and I'm so happy with this one that I can't see myself going back to the premium brands.

After a month of use, I have thoroughly enjoyed this grill. Converting it to natural gas use was relatively easy. My only complaint after the conversion is that the replacement bezels do not entirely cover the original bezels - which makes it a little confusing as to the setting levels. Also, I can't tell which settings generate the most heat. Other than that, it is a great little grill.

Easy to cook on. No flare ups while cooking. I do have a problem with how the sides of the lid have discolored already from the heat. I keep it covered to hide it. Also while I had the grill on the cleaning feature after I grilled some ribs, I heard a loud noise and I looked back and flames were shooting out. Opened the lid carefully and high flames were every where. Burned my arm in the process. So I recommend before using the cleaning feature, that you wipe out the grease first because it will ignite.
