I purchased to unit about a year ago and it has never worked as advertised. The heat, when it does is impossible to control...all setting are the same. Some times it only works on low...next time incinerate. Now the igniters don't work but randomly.

I have had my C-B TRU-infrared for 30 days. Bar-be-que at least 5 times per week. Have had NO flare ups, meat is juicer and I have cooked Steak, Hamburger, ribs, chicken, pork chops, fish. Love it

This is the first gas grill I have every owned. I greatly enjoy the quick time that it takes to cook. I understand the difference between charcoal and gas. I will use both at different times for cooking. I love this grill.

This is a great grill. Cooking is even, no flare ups, juicy meat. The only problem is with the trough. I cook a lot and at high temperatures. Cooking at high temperatures caused the trough to warp. This happened under warranty and Char-Broil promptly replaced it. Now it is not under warranty and its happened again. I love the grill, but.

our son has the electric version and loved it, so when we bought the gas version. We love it. The food cooks evenly and quickly. Our grandson said the steak was the best he had ever eaten and he's 9 years old. We had trouble we other gas grills not igniting after a short time. We have never had a problem with this grill. The taste with the infrared grill is so much better than the gas grills without this feature. Love, love, love it.

Received as a birthday gift aged use it almost daily. Only downfall is trough needed to be replaced after 2 years.

It's the best and most even cooker I've ever had- and i'm 81 years old. Will never buy any other kind.

This is a great grill. Everything stays nice and moist. You don't have to stand there with a water bottle putting out flare ups.

This is the best gas BBQ that I have ever owned or cooked on. Fast high heat when needed, easy clean up, and no food residue gets to the burners.
