I absolutely love our grill. We are using it 3-4 times a week instead of the few times a year we used the charcoal. It is easy to use, heats up quickly, cleans up with little trouble. I love the fact that you can put wood chips on the burner cover and get that true taste of charcoal.

Had no idea if an infrared grill was something I would like but decided to buy this one and give it a try. Best grill I've ever owned and this is at least my 10th one. It seals in the juices like nothing else, whether it's fish, chicken or steaks. Cooks very fast without burning the food.

After a month of use, I have thoroughly enjoyed this grill. Converting it to natural gas use was relatively easy. My only complaint after the conversion is that the replacement bezels do not entirely cover the original bezels - which makes it a little confusing as to the setting levels. Also, I can't tell which settings generate the most heat. Other than that, it is a great little grill.

I bought this about a year ago, and was trying to decide between it and a Weber. It has performed reasonably well, though I am waiting to see about it's longevity as compared to a Weber. A couple issues: the drip pan warped on first use so there is a gap at the edge of the grate to the pan. I called Char Broil and they sent a new one out immediately, which I have yet to put in to use. The iginitor system has been less than stellar, working probably less than 25% of the time. I have never used the side burner, and wish I had gotten the grill without it. All it really does is make it harder to use the side for staging your cookwear and food. There is nowhere to hang grill tools or a grill brush. On the plus side, it cooks just fine, and I have to say that I enjoy not having to worry about the flare ups. I can't vouch for the claim that it uses less propane or cooks any faster.

I bought this grill this spring and have been grilling more than ever. Everything I have grilled comes out so juicy and delicious. Have no flare ups that burn the meats. Now I am grilling 4 to 5 times aweek rather than just on weekends. I am also grilling much more than just steak and burgers. Now I even grill chicken, seafood, vegtables and the list is growing. I really look forward to grilling now because everything tastes so good. I also like to put hickory chips in bottom for that smokey flavor. To sum it up this is the best grill I have ever owned. The stainless cleans up great, grates clean up well plus can put them in dish washer and the assecories are great. Just love this grill!

I am still learning about how to properly cook on my grill, but over all am very satisfied with the results I am getting so far. It is very different than a regular gas grill mainly in the fact that there are no flare ups. It seals the juices in with a nice browning effect instead of getting burned and black. I also purchased the rotisserie attachment and it worked perfect, the chicken was evenly brown and juicy.

I have had my C-B TRU-infrared for 30 days. Bar-be-que at least 5 times per week. Have had NO flare ups, meat is juicer and I have cooked Steak, Hamburger, ribs, chicken, pork chops, fish. Love it

Biggest feature-will not dry out the food! Love the grill! Also,no flareups. Nice feature. Our second charbroil. First one bought April 1981 & still working.

This grille is great. It gets very hot and sears the meat. Cooks much faster than a regular grille. Different taste and texture to meats (chicken, pork, beef) I love the infra-red. I hoping it will serve me well for many years.

Bought this grill about a month ago to replace a similar infrared grill. The design is a little different, but it cooks great. The spark igniter system did not work, but Char-Broil sent me a new igniter system right away and all is well so far.
