Installing the cameras are easy. Setting up the system is a complete pain! Customer service offers little help and leads to more frustrations.

The overall system is good, however the coax connections are very difficult to attach because they are very close together.

The cameras and dvr are great but the cables that come with the package are not safe. My electrician told me they are not per code and I had to buy replacement cables before installation.

I installed 4 of theses cameras outdoor and the sun bleached them to a chocolate brown. I contacted QSEE and they said that that is to be expected that is why the advise that the cameras should be placed under an eve. The offered to replace them but I don;t think that will be useful and it would be too time consuming for me.

trying to set the system up on computer or mobile device you get a cheesy setup guide that does not work for every system. 3hrs on hold to speak to a human and give up and did a chat and managed to get some help. system still not set up on my computer due to me using firefox and running 64bit..... still trying to get a camera replaced that has no night vision. if i had it to do again i would have bought the system that i was told to buy and not this one the extra $500.00 would have been worth the sanity and time saved.

excellent vision, excellent monitoring, just a complicate it to do online setup but other than that excellent product

This camera system has an excellent picture day & night!! The installation was super simple. I recommend this product!!

The Q-See Company puts out a very good product. I'm still installing parts of the camera, but what I have put up works absolutely fine.

Product shall be installed mid-2015; therefore, my experience is limited. I am satisfied with the equipment as received, will know the functionality after installation. Love the price and appearance.
