Hershey's Cocoa 100% Cacao Natural Unsweetened, 23 oz.

Use this cocoa all the time. Not sure why they wouldn’t ship it, but was happy to find it in store.

All things chocolate.

Comes in a plastic bag instead of a container you can measure from.

Not so much.

I use Hershey's Cocoa to make a homemade cocoa mix for my kids, as well as homemade brownie mixes for gifting and great chocolate cakes and cookies. Sam's Club has the best price per ounce for this product of anywhere I have found.
