I had researched air type mattresses off and on for many months. Since me and my wife like vastly different firmness levels, I definitely wanted a dual air chamber mattress. After pricing the nationally known brands and finding them too expensive for our budget I did an internet search and eventually found this brand being sold via Sam's Club. It is also sold in some retail outlets and online from other companies. After comparing prices (Sam's Club was the lowest) we ordered the king size. (Mattress only. No frame) It arrived in two boxes several days later. According to the instructions the pump has to acclimate to the bedroom for 24 hours before you attempt the operate it. So we waited until the next day to assemble the mattress and pump. It went together smoothly and we were able to us our existing bed frame and box springs. The only problem we had was with the pump. It would inflate but not deflate the bed, and it did not give us any numerical read-outs on the two remotes. The “sleep number” that indicated the level of inflation. I called the customer service number on the packaging and after several tests, they FEDEX'ed me a replacement pump. The new pump worked fine. (Yes, we had to wait another 24 hours to let it acclimate) One thing to note for sensitive people, since the air chambers are made of a rubber type material, there is a new car type smell. Not overpowering but still there. There is a tag on the air bladders that indicate that they were made only about one month ago so I'm thinking that the smell will decline in the next few weeks. For the price, we are very satisfied with our choice.

We had looked at similar beds in the mall. This was an excellent alternative, especially for the price. We did purchase a memory foam mattress to put on top. It took a few nights to get our preferred "number" but my husband and I both love it.

Easy set up. Simple controls. It's a few inches shorter (not as tall), but far more comfortable than my old Simmons Beauty Rest (with individual coils). Inflates very firm and at the lowest setting you melt away in the mattress. Like the design feature states, you do not get the "hammock affect" at low pressure because of the cross chamber design. No center separator makes it comfortable even in the center. The ONLY thing that would make this mattress better is adding a little more memory foam on top of the chambers. There is a comfort pad included that you place over the chambers and them zip on the padded top to the cover. You could add it yourself if you choose. Overall I'm very happy and glad I didn't waste money on another spring mattress. * The mattress was delivered 4 days after ordering!!! Sam's gave me a UPS tracking number that was no good. Didn't quite understand that, but delivered in 4 days when the site says 2-3 weeks.. no problem.

Easy to assemble. This is our 2nd air mattress. The components appear to be sturdy and durable. The bed as is was a little too firm for us, and lowering the air pressure did not produce the results we wanted. Bought a memory foam pad and it now feels like heaven on earth.

We've only had this bed for a couple weeks now, but we're finally getting some good nights sleep again! We went to the mall and tried out the "name brand" air chamber bed and loved it...but didn't love the price! When we found this one at a fraction of the price, we decided to give it a try. We love the dual chambers that give us the ability to make each side comfortable - no matter who is sleeping where. We expected a sag in the middle of the bed where the two chambers meet...but there isn't one. This bed is as strong as any innerspring mattress. We also like that when you sit on one side the other side doesn't go up (like a camping air mattress does). I have a feeling that we'll have this bed for years (long after the warranty is up).

It came in three days,I pulled my old lumpy bed off and set it up easily in 1-1.5 hours by myself. I took the 1.5 inch thick pad that it came with and replaced it with a 3 inch thick one. It took a couple of weeks to get used to it but now I set it on 35 and sleep great,and so does my wife,thanks sams.It is really good quality mattresses,the pump is noisy but once you figure out your number it doesnt come on unless you change your setting.I wish I would have bought this years ago,you know Sams isnt going to sell an inferior product,I figure we saved $1500 or more over the Mall Bed.Rent is real expensive at the Mall you know.

Our old mattress was worn out and needed replacement. We looked into mall sleep number stores and found that was more than we wanted to spend so we were shopping for a quality inner-spring when we discovered that Samsclub had this sleep number type bed for less than most high quality inner springs we decided to go for it. Recieved it, had it together in an hour and we absolutely love this bed not even considering the price. But considering the price we are more than completely satisfied with this purchase!!!
