Received product quickly. Was unable to open immediately. Once opened the mattress looked very cheap for the price, but we said we'd give it a try . The height was nowhere near our last mattress felt like we were sleeping on the floor. It was very hard and the more you adjusted it the closer to the floor you felt. The side of the mattress frame was nothing but foam. Horrible nights sleep first night. So I purchased a mattress topper to see if that would help no such luck. We have taken it down and I will be returning it as soon as I can get to a Sam's Club. Thank goodness we hadn't got rid of our old mattress.

We have wanted an air bed for a long time. This was not the quality I expected for the money.

we were excited to try this bed, what a disappointment. Very uncomfortable! returned it and got a Memory Foam bed. Also this bed did not fit our queen size bed frame, was 3 inches smaller.

I was expecting a real mattress, not a box with everything rolled up. In the picture it look nice but the reality is something else.
