We've had this bed around a month. Shipped quickly. Rep from mfr even called us with an update and to offer assitance. We did put a 2" memory foam topper on it as she me suggest. We both are getting better sleep than ever. I usedto have issues with my arms going to sleep. This bed must spread out the pressure when I have my arm under my head. They rarely go to sleep anymore. One thing we did notice is that it sleeps cooler... good in the Summer and just something to adjust to in winter.

Great value when you compare to a sleep number system. Love the ability to set each side with the number that is most comfortable for each person. I had a pillow top, have been having back issues- this was a good solution for our King bed. Offers levels of firmness but eggcrate topper gives the soft support for joints. Couple of suggestions: the company was great about calling before and after delivery. Make sure you get the website information and watch the assembly video. Paper instructions were very poor.

Lights out great purchase. Quality and value. Our 1st digital air mattress from Sams lasted 10 years. Wireless control, quiet pump, firmer frame make the new even better than the old. Manufacturers called twice to check on things— very invested in customer satisfaction.

I saved the money and bought this less expensive one, because I had a new memory foam topper already.....otherwise I would of gotten the "pillowtop" ie: softer one... I don't think this bed would get soft enough for my needs without the 3" topper......because I had to run it 25 to get comfy. All in all a great air bed... I have had one in another house for 15 years, and have loved it every night since. Hard to find these that are reasonably priced....and this one certainly is!!

Very easy assembly with aid of YouTube video. Fully functional in less than an hour. Very happy with purchase.

Replaced my old, leaky air bed with this one. Am very happy with new bed. Warning: no instructions on how to put bed together, only the air pump.

THis review is coming from one who, prior to this mattress, used a waterbed for 30yrs, so I was looking for a similar sleep experience without the hard sides and oTheir pains of a waterbed, as I was moving, and ready for change. I have slept on this mattress for 3mo now. I weigh 150lbs and am 55yo. I set the "sleep number" of both sides initially at "4" where they remain. it is the non-pillow top version as other reviews suggest, and immediately added a new 2" bamboo topper zipped inside along with the thinner one it comes with. I then added the Sherpa reversible fitted mattress pad over it all for protection and added comfort, so this mattress is not exactly "stock". Total investment over $1k, but I LOVE it.

We bought this bed in the beginning of December 2016. We let it air out as recommended in other reviews for a week. We put together the bed in less than 1 hour. Extremely comfortable!!! We had a sleep number bed (15 years old) it was very tired, and no longer that comfortable. Sleep number refused to give us any type of discount on a new bed, so we checked out Sam's!! We are glad we did, for 1/2 the price we have a better bed in my opinion!!!

This bed has definitely helped the back pain although it could use a few up grades. So for the price it is excellent.

One side did not inflate. The remote is super cheap and tech wise would not be out of place in 1995. When inflated the middle is flat but 6 inches from the edge the bed slopes down. So you really feel like youre sleeping on a baloon. Originally asked for a replacement but the more I tried it the more I decided to get a refund and then a sleep number. This isnt worth the discount.
