I have been sleeping on a Sleep Number bed at work for several years. Wanting to upgrade my bed at home I just couldn't see paying the Sleep number prices. I saw this bed listed on the Sams Club website and decided to give it a try. I am very satisfied with my purchase! The only minor complaint I have is the off gassing of the materials when unpacked. Several days of airing the components out takes care of this minor inconvenience.
New to this style of bed.
Never had an adjustable style of air bed before, but so far so good. It went together real easy, but I suggest watching a short video on youtube so you can get familiar with the assembly and how simple it can be. We are still experimenting with it but it's pretty easy. I suggest, like a lot of others, to buy the entry level with no extra padding to save money and afterwards you can buy your own replaceable topper and customize it to your liking. That way you can replace stuff or even customize each side differently if needed. Shipping was really fast. Ordered on a Tuesday and it arrived before the weekend. I would also suggest airing out the air bladders for a day or two. They are probably packaged right after manufacturing and do come with a strong chemical smell. Luckily the frame I ordered to go along with it took longer to get here than expected so mine had several days to air out. Worked out good in that aspect. Great with a topper
We read the reviews and set the bed up with a 3" memory foam topper. It's been great so far. We're still experimenting with settings but have narrowed it down to a small range. Not much movement when one person gets in or out of bed which is one thing we were looking for. Seems well put together and the video on Youtube makes setup very straightforward. No regrets on the purchase.
We both found it uncomfortable
My wife and I have different preferences for bed firmness and thought this would have been a good option. Unfortunately this bed didn't work for us; it's stiff even if you lower the air pressure and both my wide and I found it gave us lower back pain when we lowered the pressure. there is also very little padding.
not a happy customer
This bed was very easy to put together, but the pump was loud and when it was finally put together, I was so excited. My husband and I tried it out and hated it. It's truly like laying on an air mattress with extra padding. From my experience, please don't waste your money, We did return for a full refund. Sam's is wonderful about that.
Strong smell, poor quality
I am so disappointed in this bed! I was hoping for a bed with comparable quality for a cheaper price (I figured the big name brand up-charged their beds since the store associates most likely work on commission). The off-gassing from this bed is very strong! We live in a 1,000 sq foot 2 bedroom apartment and it smells up the whole place. I have had headaches from the smell. I have been sleeping in the guest room for 3 weeks because the odor of the bed is so strong. It is now in our guest room with the door closed and I still can smell it. In addition, the air pump motor is very loud and makes a loud clicking sound (yes, we followed the instructions-my husband is an engineer). The bed's range of firm to soft is half as much range as the big brand beds. The other brand bed goes from 100-0 and this bed from 50-0. This bed is still very firm at 0. The materials are noticeable of lesser quality and the remotes have long cords and are a cheap, black plastic. I am very disappointed in this bed. I bought this Dual Digital Princetone Eurostyle Air Bed in a king size a month ago. My parents and aunt have the big name brand beds and I had one in twin size that I used in college. I was looking for a forever bed since I have scoliosis and back trouble (I am 28 years old female of athletic build). I read all the reviews on here and other websites and this bed was rated the same as the big name brand beds. Maybe 5-7 years ago the beds were comparable, but I can tell you they are not now. We live in Orlando, FL and the bed shipped in less then a week from Tampa (so that was a plus). Free returns and free shipping-I am so grateful for this! Because this bed is very bad quality.

We are sorry you don’t feel the same. For over forty years we have focused on building a superior product for sleeping, one that provides superior support and pressure relief –Unfortunately due to the out gassing it doesn’t sound like you were able to experience the sleep system, outgassing can be rather tricky while for you it’s obviously been terrible, most experience a new car like smell that dissipates quickly. Smells while sensitive, can be so specific and personal that it’s really tough to eliminate them. As far as some of your other concerns – the remotes are plastic but so are the other brands, most folks prefer that we offer two of them rather than sharing one like the other guys. Yes, they are tethered which we find most people don’t mind and some even prefer due to them not requiring batteries and their light weight ergonomic design. In addition we should point out that you mention there are half the settings for adjustment compared to other brands- this isn’t entirely accurate. Our system offers 50 different comfort settings changing in increments of 1 – measured in mmHg – or millimeters of mercury which is a scientific measurement - the other guys you reference do offer 0-100. However, the numbers adjust in increments of 5 giving you twenty adjustments. As far as the bed being firm at zero, the Princeton model is a quilted non- pillow top mattress it is meant to be of a firmer support – we would love to assist you in getting the great night’s sleep and superior support for your back and body that you were looking for. Airbeds are a great sleep system but whether it’s ours or the big brands they aren’t for everybody. Again we're sorry that you were ultimately not satisfied with this mattress. One chamber has leaking and the firmness. The bed is not firm as sleep number.
Happy with our purchase
Great bed for the price, very comfortable. For a king size bed, it came in a rather small box, it was all bound up....very strange. it is fairly easy to assemble, but does not come with instructions.
Love our new Bed!
Have been using this bed for two months now and we love that each of us can adjust our side for our preference and you do not feel a lump in between the two sides. Super fast shipping and so quick and easy to install.
Mixed Feelings-Price too high for quality of bed
We bought this product from Sam's and the picture shows a 10" mattress when measured from the edge. It is definitely not 10"! When fully pumped up, it measures 7" on the edge. It is somewhat comfortable - we still bought a memory foam piece to add extra comfort on top. Not worth the high price charged as a "Premium" Air Bed.
