First of all be warned that when you open the bag you will start eating these like you eat a bag of chips. Just handful after handful. I used these in brownies and they were FANTASTIC!

These morsels have a very smooth and creamy texture. They melted easily in my mouth and the chocolate was a high quality milky, creamy chocolate. They created a superb ganache w/heavy cream.

I received product for free and my opinion is that the flavor was so creamy in the fudge I made. It didn't last long in my house. I also melted some chips to make a chocolate frosting and the frosting was smooth and creamy and just yummy.
