Wish I had read these reviews and saved myself some money, time, and aggravation. I had the same issue as the other bakers - chips just never melted to the right consistency. After one failed attempt, I added a few tablespoons of butter to the chips before melting and followed the directions on the package to the letter, but still ended up with more of a frosting than a dipping chocolate. Huge bummer...

Wasted Chips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these chocolate chips in exchange for a review. What can I say, Nestle is the only brand I will ever use. They've been around for 79 years. I have tried other brands but nothing compares to Nestle Toll House morsels for making chocolate chip cookies. I used the milk chocolate chips to melt down and coat pretzels and it makes a fantastic ganache.
