I tried several methods of melting these for dipping strawberries, bounty bars (like Mounds), etc and the consistency was either too thick or scorched. The flavor if fine for putting in cookies or other baked goods.

I prefer these over any other kind. I add them to my brownies and it's makes them so much better! Also great to eat right out of the bag when you need a quick chocolate fix!

These chocolate chips are the BEST and my favorite brand to use. I use them mainly for cookies, but have used them for cheesecakes, pumpkin bread and to melt to use for dipping. I always recommend them to family and friends.

The Nestles Milk Chocolate Morsels melted beautifully and made making the traditional buckeyes very easy. The taste was milky and creamy and the chocolate had a nice finish.
